I'm a quitting HO as well, as while working I realised that this is not really what I want to do in life. Yep, being a doctor is a noble job, my high respect to all fellow collegues and seniors who remain steadfast on this challenging path. I believe everyone's has their own abilities, limits, passion and calling in life. Life is about making choices, whichever way we choose to pursue, works hard and keep our faith on ❤

From what I know, you can still reapply. But only after 2 months upon resigning from housemanship. Then, you need to undergo the whole e-HO process all over again and apply from there. And you will need to start from scratch, that is from first posting. But to clarify this, I suggest to confirm with MMC first.
Greetings, I have been deep in this topic for the past week or so. You can always apply back for your housemanship after resigning. You are given 5 years to return to Housemanship starting from your Resignation date. Beyond that, it will require you to reinstate your provisional registration with MMC. You will be able to apply for a placement by submiting Lampiran H, C2/C5 from KKM, and Lampiran C6 from your previous training hospital. Additionally, if you were sick, you need a medical report for the latest 3 months for FTP purposes. Get a review by MMC for your application, and once complete, submit to KKM. Beyond that, they will interview you regarding why you resigned, and they will guide you through the application process. Mind you, since 2021, reentrents are no longer privy to eHouseman, and are to take where they place you at. Not only that, you are considered lowest priority for the year long queue (or more). You are also only given 2 years of contract and must renew your contract if extended.

Ya the tagging period in medical posting...seriously too much I was told by my "evil" MO (I still remember his name) to still tag for 1 month. I had to beg him to not let me tag anymore. He nearly caused me to be extended in medical posting because he seemed to have issue w me so he gave very bad feedback to my supervisor even though I was doing fairly competently in the end of the posting. It's his twin brother who was the MO in medical posting too who helped tell my supervisor his view of me was negatively biased.
Hey Christal! Idk if you still remember me but I'm one of the juniors from CSSUM. I wanna thank you and applaud you for being true to yourself and having the courage to take action for your dreams. I assume that this video is intended for people in the medical field, but I kinda resonate with you; I graduated with a degree that I didn't have any passion for at all and now, I'm left with mental health issues, questioning my life purpose constantly (thankfully I'm going to therapy). Hi Alphege, of course I remember you :) Oh yes I've been there too. It must be really tough for you, especially having to do something you don't love but felt forced to. It's disheartening how society equates work to pain, and assumes our life journey is supposed to be a linear one. It really is not, and everyone has their own unique roadmap.
