You can add your production number to the dashboard, but that's risky because you have a customer base for that specific number. better if you check with another number that will be the easiest option. (# remember, once you change the number your whatsapp app will not work )

Hello, From the CloudAPI documentation "You are required to obtain user opt-in before sending proactive business-initiated messages". So, do whatsapp requires confirmation of opt-in through api and then we are allowed to send messages OR it's just a additional process on our website? Tried to do this and send for a whatsapp on iPhone it worked ... when I send a message to a number on Android it doesn't work I dont receive anything

1.This is a Cloud based API, so once you send the message, if you received a 200 code, then you can assume, that must reach the customer, once they back to online.

Yes you are absolutely right that's what I learnt from your videos but suppose there is a scenario where I will be sending a festival greet to all my customers (150 users) after few days I want to check the analytics like for how many users was the api successful and for how many users did api showed error ( due to various reasons) Is there a way to find this
@@anujadi8366 if you want to find the analytics, you can use the WC Bulk Tool Application(play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.thunderboar.nutshellwhatsapp), in that, there is analytics, if you want to check programmatically you want to check the error codes

Hello, From the CloudAPI documentation "You are required to obtain user opt-in before sending proactive business-initiated messages". So, do whatsapp requires confirmation of opt-in through api and then we are allowed to send messages OR it's just a additional process on our website? Does it impact anyway if we don't get opt-in from customer? Thank you and Such a nice and well explained tutorials.
