The 1st setup (makes the room look spacious) and the 3rd setup look okay to me. Either would utilize the coffee table well. The 2nd one isn't conversation friendly. The placement of that window is what complicates that design. But, you can still make it work.

I normally plan my year Feb that's when am settled I love the second styling looks better the other place you can put a small dinning,,,you really shopped and so you set for some months with cereals
