Sinner has been mostly excellent since winning the his first Masters in Canada in August 2023. Since Wimbledon 2023 (losing to Djokovic in the semifinals) he has lost just 4 matches.
In that run he has beaten Djokovic twice, Medvedev 3 times and Alcaraz once.

I'm so glad Sinner and Italy won this. He seems so genuinely happy and he seems to love the team format. I know so many people keep talking about him losing to Djokovic in the ATP final but he's beaten him 3 times in 11 days and I feel like if he had to choose he would rather win the Davis Cup than the ATP finals given how happy he looks. I'm just so psyched for Sinner!! I've been a fan since Day 1!

he has beaten Djokovic in group stage while losing in the finals. Can we stop using arguments like he has beaten djokovic twice in 11days? who cares? Djokovic won majority of important tournaments and at his age he needs longer to heal, prepare,... Sinner is great and I am sure he is one of the best from new generation but Djokovic is still daddy at tennis and until he starts losing constantly at gs he will stay daddy so put some respect when you talk about him like that. He lost in group stage of atp finals which he has won 7times or 6 i dont even remember and avenged his loss in the finals. Even the greatest sometimes lose, Wimbledon finals was way more devastating than some group stage match or davis cup which he also won in the past.

He participated in both “single” and “double” matches against The Netherlands (QF) and Serbia (SF)!
And today he won his maiden Grand Slam title in a sublime fashion.. Australian Open 2024 🏆
    What a great talent! :)

De Minaur wasn’t maybe at his best condition but let’s NOT forget he’s the no 12 in the world .
But it looked like Jannick was giving a tennis master class to a young fella who took the racket for his first time just few weeks before .
IMPRESSIVE his striking capability and his consciousness . No matter if he fails or not, he always makes the right choice during every rally . Unbelievable mental maturity . And he’s still not at his full, still thinking to improve and make his game play even better . So proud to have another SIR in this sport.
    Grande Jannoz
