But even a residence in England will not secure the Counselor of State position. He must also reside in the UK 6 months out of each year. That’s not going to happen unless he leaves Meghan. However, the UK address will prevent him from paying taxes in the US. I wonder if Meghan is now listed as the sole owner of their mansion in the US? Maybe not, since there are rumors that they do not own it, but are renting…maybe all this to avoid taxes.

He want a residence/address in the UK, to legitimise his position as a Councillor of State. Unfortunately for him the King has foreseen this and with the consent of Parliament, added The Princess Royal and The Duke of Edinburgh as councillors. That means that he will never be called upon to serve in the position.

I believe (though open to correction) that it's the same in the UK. Assets regarded a marital property (ie accumulated after the marriage) are shared equally but assets from before the marriage are regarded as non-marital property and revert to the original owner. Therefore, MM would not benefit from any of Harry's inheritances he received before the marriage.
It actually makes no difference WHEN he inherited, inheritance is seperate property. The only way TOW would have access to H's inheritance is if he comingled his money with hers....and let's face it, he's so dim, well....

The Queen wanted to give her sister a job representing the monarchy around the world as Margaret was social and could read the room. Jack Kennedy was a friend of GB, LBJ was not. The Queen sent Margaret to the White House to deal with Johnson who wanted to cuts funds to GB. The first thing LBJ did when he was introduced to Princess Margaret was told her a fifty joke to shock her. Not only didn't it shock her, she told him an even dirtier joke! From that moment Margaret was in control. They danced and drank all night, and Johnson gave GB everything they asked for!

In 1966 at the motor show in Earls Court, Princess Margaret was opening it on the press day. She toured the various stands which were raised on platforms by about 200mm. She was admiring one of the cars on the stand opposite the one I was officiating, she stepped back not realizing she was at the edge of the stand. She stumbled and was in the act of falling to the floor. I instinctively dived across from my stand and saved her. Her security were more interested in the cars and were slow to react, but once they did they were more concerned that I had actually handled Princess Margaret than in her welfare! This was at 9.30 am and she was stinking of alcohol (Gin).
The smell was probably from the night before. My uncle was in the Coldstream and said she came home most nights very happy after partying hard!

Harry is only one of the Counsellor of State, which requires a domicile in the UK. If the King is overseas or incapacitated, don’t worry, Harry will never be chosen to substitute for Charles! They will ask Anne or Edward who are also Counsellors of State! It would take parliamentary action to remove him and Andrew from those positions, which could be happening behind the scenes as we speak.
Let's hope it is underway, as this issue really irks a lot of people in the Commonwealth. From a purely practical point of view, how could Harry step up in an emergency when he lives on the west coast of the US? The whole point of the Counsellors of State is to jump in immediately should the Monarch become incapacitated. Even though he's so far down the list that he'd be very unlikely to ever called upon, he shouldn't be there AT ALL, given that he willingly gave up his country and royal responsibilities.

First my daughter had lots of vomiting and her father was dying of Cancer and she was a doctor herself. She was a Pulmonologist and Critical Care and Internal Medicine doctor herself working amongst a group of 3 other doctors at a large hospital. People might have tried to say that she was just upset because her dad was dying of cancer but they really didn’t get along that well with him, none of us did but we did our best to take care of him and I sat by his bedside and did everything I could for him. Our daughter had to keep working because she had to take care of other people. Our son had a wife, two children and a job and he never even came to see his dad until the day before he died, he stayed 5 minutes and left and said I can’t do this. My daughter continued to have problems with vomiting and finally she had to go see a special doctor herself and they said that she needed her gallbladder removed and a while before that they removed her appendix. Then after the gallbladder was removed she did better for a while then she started vomiting again over and over, she got so skinny because she couldn’t keep anything down. Then they said she microscopic gallstones forming in her liver and trying to come out where the bile is supposed to come out but the tiny stones would back it all up and she would get septic (infected) they would put her on an antibiotic and it worked for a while then it stopped working and they would start another one. We even went to Mayo Clinic and they said just stay on antibiotics but she had already tried them all and they stopped working. I drove her home over 9 hours in silence after we both cried for a long time because they basically said she was going to die a slow and painful death. Finally we found a Liver transplant surgeon who knew what was wrong and how to fix it. They had previously cut too big of an opening to channel this bile sludge and microscopic gallstones through and it was causing a type of back flushing and infecting her liver and her whole digestive system. After another surgery he redid the plumbing in her organs and he fixed it. The infection finally cleared up and the vomiting finally stopped. It was a very long slow process to get her well. Before all of her final surgeries we buried her father. Her brother only came to his dad’s funeral and we didn’t see or hear from him because he was married to a narcissist who hated everybody. He is now divorced and remarried and we still don’t see him or talk to him. I worry that Catherine has a similar problem with her stomach. I pray that it isn’t but a person can have a lot go wrong with the human body that isn’t cancer. I just hope she doesn’t have as many scars on her tummy as my daughter has because she won’t be able to wear a bikini if hers is as bad as my daughters was. My daughter had more admissions and more days in the hospital than anybody else. I think she only survived because she didn’t want to leave me alone.

Line of succession to the Throne is a separate issue. I have given this some thought. I don't know if anyone could be removed form the line of succession, because it is determined by in which order the descendants of a monarch are born. However, if it was possible for Prince Harry to be removed - who would go higher? - No other than Prince Andrew!!! I wonder if King Charles has not done anything about this issue, because he does not want to draw attention to P Andrew ...?

While the late Queen and Parliament changed the law so that men and women are now equal in the line of succession, it only starts from the grandchildren of Elizabeth on. I think they did that because they didn’t want to course correct to the point that it would bump down anyone’s current position from the succession ‘unfairly’. So it’s Charles, then William, then William’s kids in order of birth (disregarding sex), then Hawwy, then his kids (disregarding sex), then Randy Andy, then his girls, then Edward and his kids (disregarding sex), then Anne, then her kids (disregarding sex).

While I didn’t know this particular story before, Margaret has been linked with several men, both when single and when she was married. Her husband was also a notorious cheat with both men and women.
