What a simple technique, but it definitely creates fun (& vibrant) backgrounds. I love how your finished designs came together. You always share such wonderful ideas, & you explain everything really well. Thank you!!
And we have another winner! You make it look so easy to do and with the windmills done in different colors, finished so differently, you create two different cards. Wonderful tutorial, thank you. I wish you and everyone a very happy, healthy and creative New Year 🥳🍾
I agree with you regarding the the Woodware stamps! They are my favorite to use and the quality is excellent. The cost is efficient too! Thanks to you for introducing them to me- they're the best! I really like this birthday set you used. I'll need to add them to my wishlist.
I love that term you use "cheap and cheerful". You may say cheap and cheerful, but the cards you make are so exquisite and could be sold at a very good price. I have never been disappointed with any of your projects you share. Great work as usual Natasha. Happy New Year to you and your family and I am looking forward to next years projects.
Love these cards. The technique seems simple enough for me to try with my card making ladies. I'm not a teacher by any stretch of the imagination. A group of friends get together monthly to make some cards. We also do a lot of chatting, laughing, and when the task is finished, we go to lunch! I have to be thoughtful about the project I choose because not being an instructor, I haven't purchased in multiples or 6. Your tutorials give me ideas and build my confidence! Thanks so much!💕
Oh my, I love both cards very much! Such happy cards I must add. I purchased my first distressed inks to try out. I'll add them to my 20 year old card supplies and I will try this technique for sure. Thanks Natasha🌷🎄🌷
Just watched this video again, and was so inspired I bought the stencil& die set. The windmill behind the beautiful lily is really lovely! Thanks Tash.x
I just wanted to tell you how much I do love you cards. You do inspire me for your cards and other's. So.uch so that I even dream about making cards in my sleep. You 4eally do a fantastic job.
Another gem of a video! I can see that I'll have to try the circle windmill and avoid the square one. My OCD will be on high alert if using the square pattern because of the optical illusion making it appear wonky. LOL! Thanks for sharing! Janet
Beautiful cards, so simple but so creative, you blow me away again. Thank you for sharing all of your creativity. you teach very well and it is easy to understand what you are trying to get across. thank you.
We have a windmill. My husband painted the (silver) blades red at the end. I will try this technique to try and mimic it! Thanks for all you do, Natasha!
How much simpler can it get?? And yet to have the card turn out to be a masterpiece!! You are a genius, Natasha Foote!! No doubt about it!! Thank you for sharing your genius with us.
So fabulous! I am on a mission to find that leaf set.😁 I understand that feeling of "...is that wonky?" When I am tired, my astigmatism works overtime. But its handmade...it is one-of-a-kind.❤❤
Hope you had a lovely Christmas Natasha, thanks for uploading.I wish you a very happy, healthy & prosperous new year to yourself and your family.Much love ❤
Thank you for sharing this technique, the cards turned out very nice. I need to try this and see what I can come up with. Always enjoy your videos and inspiration.
Love these cards. Whenever I want to line up anything with a corner, I use my stamp platform or score board. I also start my masking paper in the top left corner and once that is lined up I’m usually good to go.
Beautiful as usual and I really like the one with the flower.

Beautiful! The windmill adds such interest to the background, yet doesn't compete with the focal image. Great idea!
A wax pencil for nail art. Wonderful idea!!!
That first card would make a great Easter card
I like both of these cards very much. The windmill affect looks really good
Hi Natasha. This technique is new to me. It's fun and effective yet simple enough to achieve. Both cards really turned out very pretty. TFS. 💚🤗💙
I am so enjoying these cards that don’t take a lot of ‘fancy’ supplies; just some basics that most of us already have. Thanks ♥️
These 2 cards are absolutely clever, creative and wonderful!!😍😍
Really nice! I like that the windmill effect provides a bit of whimsy to your cards.
Fantastic cards! Makes a vivid background! The round one looks almost 3D!
