    Weird how LOTS of medical personnel got canceled and/or laid off when the hospitals were claimed to be full of covid patients.

    Good info, thanks! I live in Tucson. I’ve been thinking about travel nursing for a few years now. I don’t remember seeing hospice as an option up until recently, so since I have recent experience in hospice, that would be my choice, not acute care. Been there, done that :)

      There are all sorts of travel jobs out there for healthcare. Right now jobs are scares though during Covid so it may be harder to get a job until this is all over.

    Does this place cancel travel nurse contracts often?

      There have been many canceled contracts and pay drops this year sadly. But I do think this is across the industry. The biggest thing we've encountered with banner is canceled shifts. Make sure your contract states guaranteed hours.
