Nope, meron ng 1954 Supreme Court lowered the Passing Mark to 72.5% and 1999 to 74% it because of diffculty of given exams.. parang mas mahirap ang exams ngayon compared last year..

Yes doctors, short tayo pero if the gov't just fund peoples education and healthcare malaking help un. I'm referring about providing good salaries to healthcare workers para hindi na magabroad mga nurses and provide training, scholarships coz others want to take medical courses but can't kasi nga mahal mag-aral lalo na mag doctor.
