I just saw the videos of Sandy Patty when she was there not long ago, and the church is just breathtaking AND you can see that there is no "megachurch madness" there..that this church assembly is filled with people of God. Exactly what I miss - a REAL church family, real sermons about the truth of God and His word, and guests who are true Saints and not there to entertain but to inspire. Not easy to find this being homebound.. I had to subscribe..God bless you all, and Dr. Jeffress, forgive me, but there are *few* I trust among the President's "Faith team", and you are one of those few. God is good! I have a question though. In the bible it talks about the pre-existance, God creating the heavens and earth, creating man in his own image and the big one Satan being thrown out of heaven and a 3rd of the host followed him. So my question is this. If we had the choice to follow satan or not then wouldn't that change the fact that Adam was sent so that man might be. We chose to be here. We have a choice while we are here. And that would mean that we wasn't created from dirt as we was in heaven before dirt. So maybe dirt has a different meaning like we was created from carbon. What are your thoughts.

We're here because our parents continued to, "Go forth and multiply". We don't sit down and say gee, I'm going to follow Satan. .(well, in these days, some do, but normally, we don't) Our decisions as to what we do: to break God's Commandments and sin or not is our choosing to "follow" Satan or not. Salvation gives you new desires and actually, a new heart for all that is GOOD. We were all created beginning with Adam, from the dust of the earth, just as Genesis 1 says. No carbon or anything added. Adam was just the beginning of the line..we continue it until Christ returns. It is totally true too, that salvation in Christ not only saves you from Hell, it takes away every desire to do wrong, or to serve Satan in other words. I hope this helps. Do you have Salvation in Christ? If so, the Holy Spirit will open your eyes to all of the amazingness in God's word, the Bible..If not, are you SURE you will go to Heaven when you die?? Based on Luke 3:16, and Acts 11:15-16, and Romans 8:9, and 1 Corinthians 3:16, and Ephesians 1:13, the most important thing about the word "baptism" in the New Testament has nothing to do with water. Which of the two baptisms found in Luke 3:16 is the one baptism found in Ephesians 4:4-5? Jesus told Nicodemus in John chapter 3 a person must be "born-again" of the Spirit of God, in order to inherit the kingdom of God. Those in the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34 have the Holy Spirit teacher foretold by Christ in John 14:26, and found fulfilled in 1 John 2:27. Unfortunately, many modern Christians see water every time they read the word "baptism", or "baptized" in the scripture. Take a look at the same passage with the Holy Spirit in mind, to see if it agrees with the scripture found above.
