Yuffie's weapon with the HP/Buff duration abilities are what solved my Aonibi problem. Having his magic att buff last a minute plus really made Aonibi a must in any of his magic builds.
I friggen love dark heavens. With his wind set up that thing is insanely strong. I have Kujas spirit blade but OB2 I think. It did help me out in some interesting situations, I just couldn’t build it when it first released, and wasn’t spending the crystals this time.
Torn wing was an amazing free weapon. Probably the best one we ever got. Def up to mid ? That was rare back then especially on a dps. I was using it in coop to beat bahamut
12:40 and not only that but you were also sacrificing probably some DPS since you were using a weapon with HP and ability potency instead of a more offensive weapon with mag atk or something (at the time it wasn't that easy to max). But I remember I beat my first crash with it, it was very useful for the hellhouse fight since it was targeting with a magic debuff your highest MATK user (seph), use frenzy stance first while your bar is charging up to cancel the dzbuff than spam the rest of the fight lol.

i think none of free event weapons worth to use at this time, when we started and had all weapons at low rarity and those OB10 weapons made big impact. now they are worse than any OB4 and new players wouldn't even have them. as a content creator of course u can make vids with characters having event weapons to make low power teams but I haven't used them for long long time

This would be a game changer for sure! Getting off more attacks makes this much more valuable.

It's true the pdef free weapon was my best stat increase when we did not have high obs featured weapons for a really long time!

I used that as a sub weapon SO many times. Even took it to lvl 90 when everyone thought that was dumb for free weapons. It was just that useful to me

As a new player kujas blade has been invaluable. The matk and pdef down is huge and it’s med pot.

@@azurelleb yeah, I agree. I would want to be at 70k minimum. 80k even better.
