There's something I want to say about "Kanako" - can I say it (laughs)? This song was actually written as a dedication to myself. I don't know if it's because I listen to a lot of Japanese rock, or because the instrument arrangements I always like are similar, but I think it turned out to be close to the sound played by Japanese rock bands. The words also sound similar to Japanese, and even though I'm singing in Filipino, the divisions and accents are Japanese-like. I think that's really interesting." "That song is a gift from me to the people who support me. I released it without any promotion, but I put it out as a thank you for the support I received from everyone that allowed me to continue for so many years."
