Symonds was able to hit all sixes without getting caught because he is a Slogger, their shots clear the boundary and go for six every time. Ponting, Martyn, Clarke are not Sloggers so they were caught. Hayden, Gilchrist, Lee are the other Sloggers in Australian team. India also has 4 Sloggers - Sachin, Sehwag, Ganguly and Dhoni. The lofted shots to long on and fine leg will always go for a six for any batsman even if he is not a slogger. Only the lofted shots to the straight boundary and extra cover would be caught for non-Sloggers.
Also, the Advance Shot (D) can be played to any fast bowler on a good length ball without worrying about the timing, it'll always go for a boundary.

If u want a batsman to be clean-bowled in this game then bowl must be full pitched on leg and speed of bowl should be very slow no mark on bar and full outswinging delivery then stumps will be bowled.
