@Nithya Suresh yeah therapy is great, you can literally talk all you want, and they'll listen to your every troubles with no judgment, with a good therapist like I had, they make you feel so comfortable and able to talk about anything.
While I don't think I'd actually pursue this myself I have been curious about if someone would/could ASMR someone in person.
