if u want to one day come to russia to studies i recomend u belgorod its quite far from japan but the town is beatifull the weather its great and the cost of living and studing its very cheap belgorod state university have lots of students from all over the world and there is not expensive the year of studies in that university is like 1500 -2000 per year and u can live quite good with 200 -300 dollars per month for your needs paying ur room ur food even buying videogames or going out to parties and russian people is very good they are very helpful and respectfull but its quite strange look a japenese here i just know 1 girl from japan his name is xiane noihara i .. guess haha but there are people from china from turkey from lebanon from india from pakistan from colombia venezuela ecuador argentina brazil spain italy even we have two teachers from the US if someone talks u shit of russia its because they believe all the bullshit than the media says the country is just great =D
