In BanG Dream a lot of the animated performances are motion captured from actual drummers, and in some cases it's the same person doing the voicing for the character - I believe this video's scene is one of those cases (majority of the bands in the anime perform fully live IRL). Another one is from It's MyGO!!!!! episode 13's performance, that voice actress/drummer for Ave Mujica did the motion capture for the scene.
I'd argue the guitarists are also animated well and probably because all the musicians are the ones doing the acting, at least for the very main bands of the show like PoPiPa, Roselia, Afterglow and Hello, Happy World! (and probably Raise A Suilen too and the rest as well I wouldn't be surprised)
The voice actresses for Afterglow, Pastel Palettes, and Hello, Happy World! do not play their characters' instruments, but all the others do (including RAS here)
