how to reach berlin to munich OR say Frankfurt to Munich via RE/RB trains with 9€ ticket as ICE is not entitled for 9€ ticket
While searching the train route in DB app..you may filter the selection to only Regional train..then you’ll see only options for regional train where 9 Euro ticket is valid..although you might need to change 2-3 trains..

You can buy a monthly Deutschland ticket for 49 EUR..and you can travel anywhere within Germany with the local transport..except ICE

DB for regional train and there are separate apps for each region for local transport..for Frankfurt it is RMV..

To my knowledge, 9 EUR Ticket is only valid in Regional DB trains..
Flixtrain I guess? You can't use Flixbus or Flixtrain with the 9 euro ticket
