So I have this same stereo, bought in Feb. 2019. However the power button broke, and I can see the motherboard, it would turn on when the car comes on in my acura rsx, however, battery died, bought a new battery and guess what, yep, the radio can't turn on because the power button is physically broken. I can see the date and time on the screen. But won't turn on. I did have warranty hehe, so I got back the money I spent for the stereo. I am happy about that. Easy process too. I dont have to send in the stereo, BUT, do you think there is a way to turn it on any other way?
If u have the newer phones, it won’t work, gotta remember these units were design to work with the older phones. Plus this vid is a year old, who knows how long before that that this unit was produced before I got my hands on it.
I’m not sure what model I got but my new iPhone won’t work. It states apparently only iPhone 6 or lower. The only thumbs down I would give it is when you go in reverse the music cuts off . Not a real deal breaker though.
hey there, i have yet to experience with that phone but i see that it is an android unit. You can try hooking it up with a usb cord from the phone to the stereo via the usb port. I cant say forsure if it will work with the phonelink but theres a video on how to mirror your android phone here on youtube somewhere. Just gotta to type up "mirror phone to 7012b".
Yep still works but I switch this unit out for a simpler one. Anyhow the Crv, I like it, runs strong, even at over 200k on the odometer, still my daily commute and for long time to come
Could be the programs that is install on there could show different options and what not. There’s a lot of different makes for this model so I assume there’s also different programs written for it also.
I believe the only thing that works on there is TH-cam. I tried Netflix it didn’t work. But if u play movies through your phone, the sound does come through from Bluetooth.

It should work with both, but I can’t say forsure on the Android since I don’t have one. But iPhone it works if you plug it in through the USB port

No sadly for this one it doesn’t have any Navi apps built in.

I just got mine and I have a bunch of Chinese writing in the background on mine. Super weird and seems cheap
Does your phone have to be conected for TH-cam or does it have the TH-cam app on there
For this unit, u can only use TH-cam on your phone and Bluetooth the sound to the car.

I can’t say for sure if all are program the same but mine specifically doesn’t have Am radio. Only Fm
How do i reset it
There should be a factory reset in one of the “settings” options. If that doesn’t work, it could be a faulty unit.
