30 g (1 oz) coconut flakes.
80g (2.8oz) white chocolate.
80 g (2.8 oz) melted butter.
200 g (7 oz) canned peaches.
2 egg yolks.
30 g (1 oz) sugar.
30 g (1 oz) cornstarch.
Juice of 1 lemon.
80 g (2.8 oz) condensed milk.
100 g (3.5 oz) ricotta cheese.
150 ml (5.3 fl oz) whipping cream.
