jim starr chats with martin, reference the tankchair delivery and the reason why it cant be legally used as intended in the UK. this tankchair/ tracked wheelchair was the best thing anyone has ever got him. hes then told it cant be used as intended for in the uk as it 21cm (8.25 inches) to wide and 100 kgs (225 LBS) to heavy to be classed as a wheelchair!
