I feel comfortable being silent, doing what I have to do towards my dreams in the present moment noticing my breath, and pause to pray with the heart whenever am loosing touch with the present moment. can I just keep imagining what I what want and feel it already having it? than residing any affirmations loud or listen to any affirmation audio on TH-cam during sleep? I use to feel as if I'm trying to force something and get distracted and sometimes feel anxiety.
Would like to share with a few who daily send me long videos thinking I need them to teach & guide me in my spiritual life. Lol
