hello. i have successfully installed but the printer is unable to print. Throws an error on printing when i try to send a test page

@@discoverAll that i did, installed successfully, but not able to print. The biggest challenge is that, it does not even show under Device Manager. But rather is detected as USB Mass Storage Device reading the port number and hub number only.
i have actually reinstalled Windows 10 to be sure no drivers are disorganising the printer but nothing is becoming positive.

hello, i finally installed p1102 Printer of year 2015 successfully but that of 2011 and 2013 failed to install in windows 10 but work successfully in Windows 7. My target is Windows 10 because i have other applications that i am using and can't run in outdated Windows 7, if you have any idea of how i can install them (2011 & 2013) in Windows 10, will be greatful.

This is a really good printer th-cam.com/users/postUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 . The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.
