You will still need IELTS to understand your English level after that depending on your English level university will for you either 4 month or 6 month or 12 month foundation course. visa should not be an issue as long as you meet the requirements

Could I achieve this by pursuing a part-time master’s or a part-time PhD, which typically takes 3-4 years and 6 years respectively? And with that my total year count will cross 10 years of requirement which way i can apply for pr! Can i do that??
