- Eric Minor of MAC Speed and Custom in Placentia, California shows us their latest build, the Swagon Wagon, which is based on a 1969 Buick Sport Wagon station wagon and features a 1970 455 GS Stage I engine under the hood that puts out 600 horsepower.
My father has a 65 sport wagon. Even in bone stock form, its a top attention getter at every car show we go to. So many people come up and just tell stories on how this car was their families' first car.

My first car was a red '71 Sportwagon. Only a 350 engine and no skylight windows but it was such a great car. I purchased it in 1977 for $1000. I really didn't appreciate what I had at that time and I regret ever letting it go.
My mom used to have an old Orange vista cruiser. This car reminds me of it a lot!
They thought of everything on this great wagon. Love the air ride suspension and skylights.

I had my 1972 suburban painted with the HOT ROD FLATS I agree that is some tuff paint. A German shepherd leash got caught on the back of my wheel some how his claws were on the back quarter panel putting scratch marks the paint held up I just whipped it down where the marks were almost out.
Great work. Looks like a fun car to drive.

I'm European but I love American wagon car I think they're not appreciate it enough as I watch all these American shows about cars they are all like if it has more than two doors it's not good in my opinion wagon cars are the most beautiful cars ever made that's it greetings from Europe have a nice day
What would really be cool is to Install the 2dr doors & half the rear doors to open in reverse like many extended cab pick up trucks, it would give greater access to the Interior as well be a testament to your Companies fabrication skills! Besides I never been a fan of post Cars but I think this would be sweet, what do you think??

yea that's a definite suicide doors in the back sounds cool dude you got that right !!! wow I saw this wagon and it took me back in time !!! my dad use to have one it was emerald green with the 400 sport he over hauled. the motor and man that wagon roared and it was a running mother$%#&÷,&&;:÷÷.× I remember some guy at the red light rev. up his 68 camaro. and we left him like he was standing still boy was that dude passed off lol !!!
