I purchased the Aracuda Max along with ammo and a JTS compressor. When the gun arrived I had to tighten all the screws on the gun. I have had nothing but problems with it, the mags don't want to seat in the chamber when I was able to get them in I couldn't remove them unless I tapped on them. I was unable to just pull them out. The gun will not hold a two inch group off a bench at 50 yrds. I spent over 800 dollars at Utah Air guns which I really regret doing. After all of the reviews I watched on this gun I felt it would be great but I was wrong. The guy I hunt and shoot with bought an Umerex Gauntlet 2 for 100 dollars cheaper and it shoots great. If your considering the JTS be careful.
It’s a lot of work doing the homework aspect of it. You need to check them at 50 yards also. Things will change. I have over 42 hours in doing my slug homework on my Impact M3 in .22 caliber. Testing 50 yards and 100 yards. It is time consuming but it is also part of the fun. Thanks for the video Angie, and yes, I am getting the Aircuda Max.
I've been on the fence about this one. I have an Umarex Origin in .22 and a DAR gen 2 in .22, love both. I was going to get a Airacuda max in .25 or an Origin in .25 until I saw this video. The way it shot the Nielsen .217" 20.2 gr slugs changed my mind. I just pre ordered one on Pyramid Air. I had a struggle being somewhat a Beta tester with the DAR Gen 2 but finally got it sorted out. I was never going to be a new model buyer again but...... Wish me luck. Singleshotcajun on GTA.
Im really surprised how well the Crosman hollow point 14.3 grain perform , being they are easily available at Wally World and affordable. Most of my guns seem to like them . In my experience guns with Loather Walther barrels don't like them . Edgun Lesihy and Airforce Talon and Condor . They like something up the food chain .
People try to look down on crosman premeres, but lots of guys in my air rifle groups used them more .I myself love them they perform better than the expensive pellets
Funny how shooting thru the one and same hole gives you the feeling that you just wasted another ammo because you didn't see anything happen on the target...🤣🤣
Oh my! You definitely have your work cut out for you. That thing eats everything you throw at it. I wonder how the JTS standard does. I better go check to see if I missed it.
The crossman 14.4 all the nsa slugs. The 18.3g the h&n 18g looked good. But that was at 25 yds gonna have to try them at 50& 100yds great work love your channel im seriously considering this pcp its up there with the $1000 plus pcps for way cheaper so awesome it would be my first wood stock one though i guess one wouldnt hurt love my synthetic stocks. 👍👍👍👍👍👍✌️✌️✌️
Crossman Hollow Points and the JSB's would be the choices i see here. The only comment I have is that for 25yrds the zero seems off. I have always had break barrels and I am about to jump into the pcp world. This rifle is a candidate for my first pcp. My Gamo Swarm Mag Gen 3i is far more accurate at 40 yds than what was shown here.
The majority of those did really nice groups!! I wonder how the h&n terminators would have grouped, but they've been really awesome in all of my guns, one of the best that I've used! 👍 Pete 🇨🇦
Im fairly new to airguns but being a machinist I can tell you all that almost every airgun manufacturer is ripping their customers off. JTS and AEA seem to be the exceptions.
You can buy a real gun for about 1/3 of the price and they are much more complex and cost more to produce. Airguns are fairly simple and dont cost as much to produce. Companies are marking them up way to much. You can buy a top of the line AR-15 for less than $2500. But most run about $1000-1500 wich is less than the average price of top rated airguns.
@@timbuckohfive2751 $400 my limit on a air rifle .It a hobby like anything else for people .Some people pay $$$ on RC cars and jets etc .But you got to admit the air rifles of today have come a long way rather for plinking or hunting.
@@leojones7266 Yes they have come a very long way. But the technology is pretty basic. The parts are not very intricate or hard to make. You go to a website and they have parts that maybe cost them $10-$15 to produce and they are selling them for over $100. As time goes on the price of certain parts should come down but they never seem to.
I cannot figure out the website. I had more options before I registered. I am interested in the GR giveaway, is it over? Can I call Gamo for help? I am suppose to fill out a profile, no idea where that is either.
This may be a good review, but ask yourself why did she do this without a moderator on it? Yes, accuracy goes out the door and you get a lot of clipping. Sadly JTS has not solved this issue. Buyer be concerned!

Good lil review sort of 😊
Thanks Angie! Some real trigger time there.
You’re welcome 😊
Can't wait to get one awesome
Likes the 18gr pellets.
Good 👍 job. The JSB 18,39 looks like the best, but, that gun will shoot any pellet, looks like.
Excellent video 🎯

Well I'm late on this but I really like that it's not picky. I'm waiting on the 25 to come out.

Would love to see a comparison between the H&N 18 and the JSB 18.13 at 2100 psi.

Nice video I just ordered the 25 Cal. Organic farmer rodent control. I love how you get down to business and shoot not yak like the other guys.

What if you did a compare with the Avenger.. The Max is prettier in my mind.. But at the end of the day.. It is the accuracy that tips the decision..
Hmm also the JTS has a 3 year warranty… tipped the decision between jts max, avenger, and Hatsan something
