- today we went to the dcfs building to get the audio from when the agent talked to wyatt. now we have gone there three times to get it and each time they tell us the lady is gone. so we take matters into our own hands.

We wish you the best with this. My oldest son who was 5 at the time was sexually assaulted by a 15 year old boy in Benson MN one of the CPS workers deleted the audio "accidentally" because she was friends with the 15 year olds family! The court tossed the case out!
I have never trusted any CPS workers again.

My short experience with CPS!
Someone I know left her boyfriend. In a jealous rage he stabbed her throat with a steak knife! He went to jail, she went to the hospital. From jail he called CPS and made allegations from calling her a crack head ( she don't even smoke pot )to an abuser! They took her kids based on no facts! She even tested clean. When she got out of the hospital she had to go to all these parenting classes, drug classes, domestic violence classes before she could get her kids back. It was frustrating to watch but she got her kids back and he went to prison! I learned a lot about a screwed up government agency that's for sure!

Not guilty of anything, her, but she still gets penalized. Who is the dolt that calls it the "justice" system?

We went through this when my son (who was 6 at the time and is moderately on the spectrum with Autism) was sexually abused. We had to go to the DCS building and afterwards they let us watch the video in the office and also sent a CD of the video home with us. Hardest thing i’ve ever had to watch. U feel horrible about everything, but also infuriated at the same time. By State and Federal law, they HAVE to give you an UNEDITED copy of the interrogation/“interview”.
Wait what law is that? I’ve been trying to look it up but I can’t find it. Our teenagers had forensic interviews and were interrogated by the police but I’ve been told we can’t even watch the videos because there are children involved. We live in Mississippi though so maybe the rules here are different?

I’ve been researching CPS (and other such agencies & orphanages) in many countries and more children are injured, killed, abused (emotionally & physically) and don’t receive the care they need while in the custody of the agencies than those not in the custody of the agencies. Please understand that I am in no way minimizing the abuse of children by their parents or caregivers that actually need help. Atrocities against children need to end. 😡

I agree totally. And i would seek a free counseltation from an attorney about the audio stuff. The fact that the worker was alone with the son is alarming since most workers come in pairs. Or atleast they use too. I just cane across this fuys vudeos this morning an i hope he gets some sort of legal help. Cps are as crooked as the letter "S" and need to be stopped. I kno many people that have lost thier children due to false claims of abuse/neglect. I will be staying tuned to this families story.

In MO. Lawyers said call cops, cops aided in and are still harbouring my girls. Investigator has fled the area after saying selling babies. I was attacked at hospital and left with no home after they stole my baby and kidnapped my 5 yr old in DEC 😭
True he needs a lawyer and also keep his facts straight. Stated the have been to get the recording 3 times, but told sheriff they went to get the recording and then went back 3 times. Not saying he is lying, but he needs to keep it straight. In some extreme cases, that's a good thing. Like in the case of Sherin Mathews. Removing her one of the many times CPS got involved would've saved her life.

This agency as well as any other enforcement agency use those extreme cases to make it an "everyday occurrence" to get funding, take rights, create more laws. Saying they don’t know is a prime example of invading and keeping people from getting to process. She knows all the procedures for this entire office trust me.
When I was helping out at my son’s school(in FL) a few years back there was a teacher talking about how CPS can legally get your child out of class and question them even if the parent has refused to let them interview the children. She said the only way to stop them from doing that is write a letter to be filed in your child’s file stating that NO ONE is permitted to talk to your child without your permission. She said it’s void at the end of the school year so you must do it every year.

I noticed the security camera above your head at CPS, I just have a gut feeling they seen you come in and the lady at the window was told to brush you off by the person you needed to talk to. I had to literally BUY my son back from them via attorney (cost $15,000...makes me sick as I think many people do not have that kind of money...). I have NEVER thought anything this corrupt actually existed but I found out. RECORD EVERYTHING! Cps is NOT what most people think t is... AT ALL. They have itvset up so unless you have $$$ you can't even get an opportunity to defend yourself as to get tge chance and prove yourself innocent. I literally had to BUY my own child back from them via expensive attorney for $15, 000 and he had to KNOW the judge and others.. It's so wrong and sadly how it ia and things need to change. Along with getting that recording..Get an attorney that specializes with State CPS/DCFS there's a few out there that would take your case Pro-bono just like Legal Aid( there an agency that employs Attorneys awaiting to take their Bar Exam- usually within their last year of Law School).. Maggie Duck what officials, exactly? If the court denies a motion he can prepare an interlocutory appeal. If the department is denying it he can request a fair hearing, if done within the time frame.

This makes me so mad!! I’ve been teaching my 12 year old son about the fact that he can never trust people of “authority “. He gets it, but in the last couple of days I’ve shown him actual videos. I’ll show him this one!
I do the same with my son but better yet teach him law! I keep telling people that law should be taught in schools, seems like it would be a given - you start a new job and you get a handbook, right?! I think kids need to know the law more than say, a police officer, if you want to truly enjoy life.

We’ve even taught them to remain silent and immediately walk into the house if they happen to be out front without a parent right by them and someone approaches them including police and fire.

This is true, they do get money, and I used to not believe this. They particularly like to remove children who are making good grades or who have a high IQ, I do not know how it all works but these DCF agencies get points/money/something especially if the child/children are bright! THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED. I do not know how, but would do anything in my power to help put a stop to these DCF agencies doing this. I thought it was BS for years, til I saw it in Wyoming.

Don't play games with these people. Go directly to Court and file a Motion to Compel (for the recording).
In our county, depending on what judge you get an the amount of illegal things done here is horrible. And DHR ( what a lot call DPS ) is how a lot of children come up missing. I hope to get a video on TH-cam soon with a couple of videos proving I'm not lying about the illegal things this government agencies are getting away with. I literally came home one day after I saw something take place so upset, disgusted I was physically throwing up.

I've taken and passed 9 drug screen, filled out 4 home study packages, I've taken federal background and fingerprints they are good yet everything is missing except the federal background and finger prints and the only reason they are not missing is I was given a tracking number for them. I still have not been able to get them to do the home study. If it gets done they have no more excuses BUT I can literally walk in the hospital with my son because he knew a girl just had her baby and no one had been there to check on her. I had NEVER met this girl before. I walked in said hi how are you an where is the baby? DHR gave me this 2&1/2 old baby WITHOUT ANY DRUG TEST, NO I.D. CHECK AND NO BACKGROUND CHECK! It was 5 days later I was ask to do a drug test and schedule a home study 3 different times and the DHR worker Never showed up, never called saying something came up. Now I told her at the hospital I was moving, she didn't ask one of the nurses ask where. I said right this minute I don't have a clue. I could have been leaving the state, and she still never looked at my drivers license or any I.D. What if I hadn't been who I said, what if I had been a different type of person, so many what if's. I was livid and throwing up by the time I got home. It was 16 days before DHR assigned the baby a regular case worker. Had it been given to a different worker I would still have the baby. It just happened this baby got the same case worker I've been through hell and back with, and she recognized my last name. I have the original paperwork from the hospital and the case worker giving me the baby. I was taking him to doctor appointments and under my name and just had to show the DHR paperwork I was given. It is worse than this. I know money has passed hands and have something to back this up with, I'm talking money passed for my grandson to the foster people and his mother, it is my sons child.

My friend who is a couple years younger than me, was put into foster care at a young age. she was lucky enough to be put with her aunt, uncle and cousin where she continued to live happily for many years. Recently however, her uncle died of cancer, her aunt and cousin and self were really upset as anyone would be. DHS decided now is a good time to send her to a BUNCH OF STRANGERS HOURS AWAY as she and her family are dealing with grief. She has made it clear to numerous people that she wants to live with her family, but DHS doesn't give a shit about the poor kid and sent her to someone else "temporarily". She is now living with someone she knows (thank whatever powerful force is out there)

Bring some money, we don't work for free. Especially on cases where the only complaint is you got your feelings hurt. DCS can talk to your kids anytime they have a complaint. they don't need a parents permission to investigate possible abuse.
sweeten some are better than others fortunately. Others are all about the money and still others are crooked as a dogs hind leg and end up hiding behind trees while someone takes pot shots at them. It's possible to exercise your rights after the fact and in matters like this it seems the parent should have access to any and all info regarding their kids.

If the issue hasn't been resolved, you should be able to do a request for public information. They have a certain amount of time they have to provide it. If they fail, you can got to court and sue for monetary damages. Offenders in Prison do it all the time, and there is attorneys that will represent you for it. It's very useful and it really puts a bind in there operations because they have to give you everything per request...emails, documentation and recordings video and audio.

One huge mistake is going to the sheriffs office, they work hand in hand with DCF/CPS they will not help you at all. The best thing to do is contact groups in your state or near states if you do not have one in your state that fights back and against DCF/CPS. Back years ago when i had issues with DCF/CPS i contacted a group in GA and NC that helps families involved with DCF/CPS and they sent me bunches of documents and pretty much guided me through how to handle things and how to conduct myself when talking with them and all that BS, It worked within just a few short weeks they stopped harassing me and they closed the case and i guarantee they will never open another case with me and my family ever again. I actually had to really buckle down and play hard ball with them but they finally got it, I actually had a lawyer willing to help me file a lawsuit but the lawyer actually recommended me not to stating he has never really seen anyone win when it comes down to these people because of they way its ran through the government or what not. One thing i started to do was record every interaction and not answer any questions at all, that was the actual factor as to why they closed the case because most people do not understand that they work a lot like the police do, they receive complaints and then investigate those complaints and build a case against you, so if you give them nothing they have nothing, they intimidate themselves into peoples homes and property and take advantage of those that do not know their rights and thats how they get evidence to strike and form a actual case. If they see the slightest little thing inside your home or sometimes they will even make something up and boom its game over, so never allow them inside your home or property an never answer any questions or carry conversations with them at all unless its being audio and video reordered and you tread lightly with words. These people are nothing but pieces of shit snatching peoples kids away faster than they are born. Best of luck brother, hope all ends well and they leave you alone.

They never give up anything. In a GRAMA Application you have to know what to ask for very specifically. Like calling a document a report might not get you the document if it isn't called the right thing. I once asked for copies of all physical papers and/or digitally created information containing any one or all combinations of the letters A, R, Z, E, I, O, U and Y. That was only one time...

His family doesn't look forced to follow or participate on his off grid, homestead project. The amount of hard work, dedication, acceptance of hardship and pretty much nearly zero change of success reveals much of this family's character. I wish them nothing but good luck and continued success. And if they ever need financial help with this crazy persecution based on one butthurt agents view, then I will help. Janell Crews thats not true: I got my adult child and my grandson out of the state after the police were called to protect her and arrest the boyfriend. She even got a no contact order and CPS CAME AFTER HER and my grandson. Luckily they were intimidated by me since I wanted them to give me the allegations and they refused. I informed them my grandchild was no longer under their perview since he was out of their county and if they continued to harass us it would be considered illegal. they still sent a letter.
@@hs4265 that's Good I don't have family to help me. They came to my Grandma house after I moved out. She needed help so I did her son came 1x a week to stick his nose in called the cops saying my kids were dirty. She came in because my grandma invited her. She called CPS I moved out the next day. CPS and cops came 3 days later I was there helping her. I told them my kids are in a hotel with my husband we didn't live there. They went to the hotel and took my Kids. 2 days later we went to court and the judge made them give my kids back and the case was dropped. I stopped helping my grandma and she went in a home and her kids sold her house like they wanted.
They do not want to give that audio up, because they already transcribed the report with mismatching information and would give you grounds for a law suit. Thank god they haven't taken your kids and held them hostage and forced you into taking classes for parenting and anger management etc.

Yes but he's doing something good here also by dragging this out to show us all what it's really like to try and get somewhere because this is reality. Some of us don't know our rights and it's sad that nobody is being helpful and willing to give him real assistance.
sadly, family and youth court "judges" can decide whether or not to recognize "constitutional" rights of the accused. it has to be fought all the way up to the supreme court (and not everyone has money for that).

My County you'll be locked up for 2 months. It's ridiculous how they get away with that. In dealing with CPS I highly recommend that you let your children know their rights, your children have the right not to talk to CPS, they can request to end the interview and return to class, your children have the right to remain silent, your children have the right to refuse an interview. If you can you should home school your children. They do not have to give you the recordings, they are collecting information and talking to the school staff. CPS is turning the school staff against you, this is a strategy they use to validate mis-representations in their report. You need to verify everything written in your report. You need to get them to put it in writing. CPS lies and nothing will happen. Stop letting them on your property, put up no trespassing signs.
My 12 year old daughter told them one time she was tardy to school "you can speak with my mother because the longer i have to sit here and look at your face im loosing valuable education time because of you" u can imagine how pissed they were and we become a target after that.

My best advice, speak with an attorney that specializes in family court, and also schedule an appointment to meet with the governing District Attorney or ADA (Assistant District Attorney). I would then reach out to any other people who may have been shafted by DCFS, gather all of your evidence as well as notarized statements from anyone involved in your case, and then also contact every news outlet you can. Your name and situation is floating around that place as if you are the only person being investigated!
