Cooked up a steak today, medium rare, as it should be. Looked in fridge, saw stick of butter, knew some had to be for tater. So...cut off a bit, and the rest went into the heated cast iron. I'm fairly sure I completed my daily quest, as it was nummy with a good crust. Completed side quest: pour skillet steak/butter goodness into tater. Goodness was had.
