Those railroad crossing arms are designed to break away. The problem with the trucker is the tracks are at the peak of a hill so the trailer bottomed out and couldn't move. Crossings like this ALWAYS have signs warning truckers not to cross there. The sign is literally a picture of a trailer bottoming out.
Those car haulers ride low to the ground, and that rail crossing is raised up. The trailer bottomed out and got the truck stuck. The crossing barrier lowered after the truck was already stuck. That driver should have known not to take that truck over that crossing.
Watch closely to the truck's rear drive wheels as the trailer is taken by the train. The rear end drops, as the trailer was resting on the peak of the crossing. I believe the driver had no control once they were hung on the crossing...plus it's wet.

I've seen bears here in NY plenty of times, usually black bears though. But in my 55 years of living here and camping all over the state, I have yet to see a pack of wild horses running free. I have to stop being so closed minded, I guess.

When I was a kid, they used to play the national anthem at a movie theater here in Fayetteville, N.C
