Lol we lose power a lot in my area. In winter I have a fireplace so heat isn't a worry but we clean out the 2 drawers in the fridge and pack them with snow to keep the fridge cold. Frozen foods are okay for at least 24 hours in fridge freezer and 4 days in the big chest freezers if we cover with blankets and don't open. But usually we just run a generator for the fridge and freezers a few hours a day to recharge them.
