- Judy Wairimu got pregnant while she was in form 3. Immediately after giving birth, she moved in with her man. The joy of her marriage was short-lived. She faced all manner of abuse from physical to psychological. 20 years ago, Judy remembers vividly how her ex-husband would bring other women into their one roomed house. Whenever the woman came, Judy would spend the night sitting on their only wooden chair, holding her 2 children while the husband lay on bed with his mistress. According to Judy, they would even be intimate as she watched! 20 years ago, Judy left the marriage and vowed never to remarry!

Seems like the man’s parents forced him to get married after he made her pregnant. This man hated her so much when he’d beat her, he would not beg her to stay, he wanted her to go.
