Something to note is that, because the lines in the linetrace mode are straight from target to target and aren't perpendicular to your sphere of aim, the lines are actually a slightly longer distance if you follow them. Like, a straight line of mouse movement will make a slightly curved line on your screen because one target is further away than the other target.
Shitty analogy, but if you were standing in the center of a cubed room holding a laser pointer, and you were wearing a bracelet that traced a line in the air (track hand motion) and you traced a straight line with the laser pointer from the top left corner of the cube to the top right, your had would move in an arc. If you traced a line that bowed slightly with the laser pointer from corner to corner, your wrist would move in a straight line.
Hard to visualize but the line trace mode actually instills a longer travel distance.

    • @countt2343

If you're a wrist aimer then we tend to arc our shots a little bit.
However if you're new to pc then you tend to do this a lot more than normal.

I LOVE Aim Lams! Every scenario in it will always only be as effective as you allow it to be though! A perfect ex: would be your comments on the effectiveness of Circleshot. If you play it the way that you demonstrated in this video, then it's only about as useful as you described it. Although, If you use Circleshot "correctly" it can lead to an exponential increase in smoother horizontal tracking/swiping. Decrease the target size & randomization of it, increase speed, increase HP of each target to anywhere between 3-7, & then finally equip the fully-auto gun of your choice (I use AK & SCAR for no reloading) & save/start the task! The point is to practice horizontal ADS accuracy/consistency/efficiency, so you'll ADS for the entire duration of it. It practices tracking/swiping/consistency, and ESPECIALLY spray transfer ability/control (for those pesky 1v2/1v3 scenarios) Also, I use it for hipfire tracking as well, and I use the mp5 or a custom smg for that. On some other days, I might even equip a shotgun and reduce the health to 2 hits so I can practice horizontal shotty flicks, something apex has a ton of. When I did this everyday, my tracking in-game started to become SO perfectly butter-smooth I couldn't actually believe it was me doing it. I almost feel good enough to take it to the pro level (but almost isn't good enough yet!) Point is though, it can have a lot of great uses if you allow it to! Sorry for the novel but I figured someone might benefit! :D Keep being great Dazs ❤️

  • @charliescheirmann2926

I don't see the Aim v Speed point as a line graph so to speak. So much as I see it as a "you're only as strong as your weakest chain" idea. You can be the fastest draw in the west but it won't matter if you can't hit the target. And you can be extremely precise down to the pixel, but that won't make any difference if the opponent has already killed you.
Look to improve your weak points as that is what is going to hold you back in most scenarios.

    • @Spladoinkal
      @Spladoinkal 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

An hour is considered the sweet spot, but 30 min is ok if you're lacking on time. As far as each task, build your routine in a way that it focuses on what's important for you/the game you play but still balanced to include all aspects. For example: In a game like Apex, the time to kill is slow so you'll want to put more time into tracking but still have a bit of speed and precision so it's not neglected. For a game like COD that has a fast ttk, you want to focus on speed and precision but still have enough tracking to improve your skills. If you play multiple games, just make a balance of everything.

Sphere track is bad. It discourages low sensitivity because you WILL constantly run out of mousepad space, no matter how large your pad is.

that depends. if you are a low sens player you probably have a larger mousepad, and, although the targets won’t move like that, (tf2 is a great example, with how dynamic it is) overall tracking is still good to practice. i guess other scenarios are better, because they have more sudden movements, but it’s still good to have

Lets say i want to improve spidershot.
    3 x 1 min precision
    3 x 1 min speed
    3 x 1 min ultimate

To be honest I don't think the tracking ultimate one is actually good because in games you can kinda predict where the opponent is going with his caracter model but a ball that randomly goes left to right is way different

Yes but what happens when you flick on a moving target. Not every gunfight you get into you will have your crosshair ready to fire. Sometimes people wide swing from unexpected angles or in this case "random" movement.

And some players like Niko from G2 just have insane micro flicks/ motion tracking. Unless it's csgo most flicks aren't on stationary targets unless somebody is holding a angle. Being able to track that ball across the screen randomly means in game you'll be able to track cover and line up prefires or swings more optimally. okay so here's possible problems if you actually didn't improve at all:
you have enhanced pointer precision on / terrible mouse and/or mousepad / worn out mousepad and/or mousefeet / sensitivity way too high / mindlessly clicking without proper focus / not thinking about mistakes / doing too hard tasks
i'm not sure if "enhance pointer precision" (aka mouse acceleration) in your mouse settings applies in aim trainers or games in general but definitely have that off to be sure.
