I'm in absolute shock to find out after releasing my video for NU'EST's latest release that "Again" is actually the group's last song together. Thanks to everyone in these comments for letting me know! I had a video idea relating to NU'EST for Patreon but after finding this out I'll make some adjustments and plan this video for TH-cam. While I was always a casual NU'EST listener, I've always had a special place in my heart for them because they were somewhat influential on me in the early years, which I'll talk about in the video. Thanks to NU'EST for all these years of amazing music!

Thank you for deciding to make the video for here. I got into Nu'est from Produce 101s2 and I feel inlove with them and then my heart broke for them because of their situation then. Thankfully the show reignited their career and with the help of Love they got their first win. The are the only group to get their first win as a full group after 7 years. They make this MV with reference of their past MVs! 10:20 that room is from their 7th mini album 'The Table' trailer. 12:10 maybe from Love Paint or Nu'est W - Where You At because both MVs have beds, and that blue curtain reminds me to minhyun's scene in Bet Bet MV. 16:16 that phone is from Hello MV 18:22 Baekho's scene before it turned monochrome is from Overcome MV because of the ice scene.. the compass at 12:51 also can be seen in Overcome And I guess why the mv turned monochrome is because that's when they were almost disbanded and joined produce, and after that Minhyun come back and the mv became colorful again It's just my theory ehe ✌ I've been following nu'est since their debut day, I grew up with them, I listen to their musics every day. I admire NU'EST's sophisticated music style. Each time new album came out, they carried out their own unique sound, mood, and dance. I appreciate and enjoyed a lot. I am so sad that they will not work together under the name of NU'EST. But I will wait for them back together ❤️

Agreed. VOCALS!!! And really they are one of the kpop groups who has distinct sound. There is a definite NUEST sound. The song definitely was powerful since it was a goodbye see you again type of song. ❤️😭
I think that this is one of many songs offered to BTS that ended up being rejected, but was perfect for Nu'est. So, Pledis may have acquired/purchased this song from BIG HIT Label. My opinion anyway...
I like your interpretation of the visuals but I think it's more direct (maybe also metaphorical like howyou put it). A lot of the sets were a callback to their previous MVs over the last 10 years since this is also an anniversary song. But all of the memoribilias were placed in springtime (like how the telephone from Hello, that was in winter i think, is probably now abandoned and aron revisits it in spring). The black and white scene, this is just speculation coming from lovetwt but we think its to show the period where they were in pd101 because only aron wasnt lit in monochrome, especially after that scene was the set where minhyun was alone, joined by the other four (him coming back from w1) then the last scene where baekmin looks over the other three in front of them
damn I didn't notice baekmin part... shit i am so sad rn. this MV has really deep meaning to it. in opening many parts of the older their MV, such as overcome for Minhyun, Love Paint for JR,... cannot believe this is the last one 😭😭😭😭

The amount of symbolism in this song really hits you hard, especially for us LOVES that spend so much time connecting puzzle pieces. Some LOVES believe that the Black and white scenes represent the period of time the boys were on Produce, which would make sense why Aron doesn't get a filter. So many references back to old songs and memories, it really just makes the song hurt that much more..

NUEST was a huge part of my life and to be moving on from them hurts but i know that they'll be moving on to do bigger and brighter things outside of their group~

I've only stanned Nuest after I fell in love with Inside Out. Barely heard of them before that,couldn't even name a single member. I fell in love so quickly with their music it's really my style , I loved almost all of their bsides and for the past months I was so excited for my first cb as a LOVE. New songs and stages I'd listen and enjoy them on real time. Needles to say I am heartbroken.
It’s so sad to see them disband. During my depression they where the only comfort I had. Whenever I was on my lowest point I would listen to their music. What their music has meant to me is something that I am not able to express in words. So to see them disband is very sad. I will miss them dearly. I had hoped to see them live one they but that is clearly not gonna happen. Their disbandment brought back many memories for me. And this song did successfully activate the waterworks. I can’t help but feel melancholic man. I will still enjoy their last album, which I did buy ofcourse, but listening to it without crying is impossible. 😭
Truly thank you for your appreciation to Nu'est, I've always loved your reaction. Many people doesnt think much of Nuest because they are not as mainstream in west, but you truly took the words out of my mouth. Nu'est really went with their own sound. In era of putting beat drop in literally every chorus, I always comeback to Nu'est cause they always bring certain fullness to their song. What they lack is good promotion and probably image management as to put them in light as artists who composed and produced their own music.
For me, they lived in the dead-wood house at the beginning of the song. The tree may use to be green, but now everything is withered and dry. In the middle of the song, the space each member stayed was narrowing. Even though the atmosphere was gloomy and pressured them, no one would like to break their old world. But in the end, everything burst out just like Aron once said in Inside Out trailer that, "I'm afraid everything must crumble". After the bubbles were gone, rain comes and a new sprout is growing. Wish this end bring NU'EST a new and better beginning 😭💖 Thank you for your blissful reactions. Love your opinion as always.

The music video is a representation of their ten years. From the beginning of their career (the references to their old videos, telephone booth from hello) to hard days/produce days (black and white scenes) and up to reuniting again as five (minhyun and nuest w) 🥺 the lyrics match with each part of their history. This was supposed to be a tenth anniversary music video that turned into a disbandment one. Seriously, nuest is a big loss to hybe and pledis.

They are seriously the most underrated group, their vocals are insane and they're just beautiful humans and artists. I will always support the members no matter what and Im looking forward to what they do in their futures!! But... I think their album name really ties into some of the visuals in the MV. Those spiky things may be representing the needle that breaks the bubble, which we see at the end with all of the bubbles exploding and sending confetti down. I feel like there is so much meaning and imagery in this mv, and it is so beautiful!!

While I'm glad Nu'est got to release one last album before they disbanded. In a way I wish I could go in to this MV not knowing that. With every teaser they released for this, I just kept feeling a growing pang of saddness knowing that this is goodbye to such an amazing group that I've come to know and love so much. This was such a beautiful MV for such a beautiful song and of 5 beautifuly handsome guys, it just wish we would be celebrating their 10th year in a more cheerful way.

Most credit for that sound goes to BUMZU and Baekho, for sure. I hope Baekho is able to have a self-produced solo career if that's what he wants. At the very least I hope he keeps producing. To me...it does sound like a goodbye song to each band membert. If you didn't know the reality, you would think it was a song bt lovers living apart. But, I believe the words in the lyrics have a more underlying tone...again just my opinion.
Safe to say, initially, this is supposed to be their b-side or special single because some members already planned to leave pledis/hybe but NU’EST still remain as a group. But there must last minute changes where they have to disband as a whole group.

this last comeback is bittersweet as someone who has been a fan of them since the beginning. the first ever kpop group i truly got invested in, even before stan culture was a thing, i stanned them. i love their music and i love them as artists, i wish for their happiness and continued well-being in whatever they do moving forward. all my love, boys.

NU'EST has a very special place for me. I really loved them in Produce 101 and I really felt bad that Pledis was managing and treating them so badly. Like I know they have to make money and stuff but all of that is cuz pledis was so shitty. The talent all these guys have and just letting it rotten with no good music and bad managing is awful. After the members got the power to produce and make their own music and lyrics, NU'EST music really blossomed. I'm sad that they were treated so bad and the short time they had to get a little spotlight. Hope after disbanding they get to do what they really love and have the success they should get.
The black and white part refers to Produce time, as you can see Aron didn't get a black and white part, and he was not on the show. Then we have Minhyun alone and the boys walking in his direction, so we can finally have our beloved OT5 again. I mean, this is what I understood... I have to watch this way more times to grasp all the meanings underneath everything.

I thought I was prepared after these two weeks. I thought I’ve prepared since I’ve heard the song on Genie. But the number I cried matches the number I watched the video, twice as I watched this reaction video. For me watching the MV feels like peeking into the moments where they looked back at their journey. As an artist, different from a fan’s pov, surely a lot more memories flooded in. But also fortunate that they always gave their best so these memories become sth they can be proud of now. Honestly, I don’t care that it’s their last album but I just want this song to be heard by many. It’s ok even if people don’t know their stories and references in lyrics. I just want people to listen, because it’s really good! I also feel that after being in musicals, Ren, Minhyun, and Baekho’s vocals are getting even better. The albums called Needle and Bubble so I'm guessing the bubbles and spikes relate to that. The description was like popping bubble and going to the real world. Correlating to their red pill blue pill.
I have their poster on my wall and will think of them forever and pray and hope the members will continue to perform and sing in the future. I remember seeing them on the same stage as my group Got7! They are amazing singers and dancers and performers! They will be missed!

I've only stanned Nuest after I fell in love with Inside Out. Barely heard of them before that,couldn't even name a single member. I fell in love so quickly with their music it's really my style , I loved almost all of their bsides and for the past months I was so excited for my first cb as a LOVE. New songs and stages I'd listen and enjoy them on real time. Needles to say I am heartbroken.

It’s so sad to see them disband. During my depression they where the only comfort I had. Whenever I was on my lowest point I would listen to their music. What their music has meant to me is something that I am not able to express in words. So to see them disband is very sad. I will miss them dearly. I had hoped to see them live one they but that is clearly not gonna happen. Their disbandment brought back many memories for me. And this song did successfully activate the waterworks. I can’t help but feel melancholic man. I will still enjoy their last album, which I did buy ofcourse, but listening to it without crying is impossible. 😭

Truly thank you for your appreciation to Nu'est, I've always loved your reaction. Many people doesnt think much of Nuest because they are not as mainstream in west, but you truly took the words out of my mouth. Nu'est really went with their own sound. In era of putting beat drop in literally every chorus, I always comeback to Nu'est cause they always bring certain fullness to their song. What they lack is good promotion and probably image management as to put them in light as artists who composed and produced their own music.
Agreed they were so under rated. They are an amazing talented group on all levels!
For me, they lived in the dead-wood house at the beginning of the song. The tree may use to be green, but now everything is withered and dry. In the middle of the song, the space each member stayed was narrowing. Even though the atmosphere was gloomy and pressured them, no one would like to break their old world. But in the end, everything burst out just like Aron once said in Inside Out trailer that, "I'm afraid everything must crumble". After the bubbles were gone, rain comes and a new sprout is growing. Wish this end bring NU'EST a new and better beginning 😭💖 Thank you for your blissful reactions. Love your opinion as always.

The music video is a representation of their ten years. From the beginning of their career (the references to their old videos, telephone booth from hello) to hard days/produce days (black and white scenes) and up to reuniting again as five (minhyun and nuest w) 🥺 the lyrics match with each part of their history. This was supposed to be a tenth anniversary music video that turned into a disbandment one. Seriously, nuest is a big loss to hybe and pledis.
Hahaha not knowing was actually better I promise because loves had to watch it knowing this is the the last. Thank you so much PD for the reaction it really warmed my heart we appreciate it so much.

I cant even believe its their last song as a group😭💔 Ive been LOVE since their debut Face, I'm not okay. They are seriously the most underrated group, their vocals are insane and they're just beautiful humans and artists. I will always support the members no matter what and Im looking forward to what they do in their futures!! But... Im gonna miss their voices together with my whole heart and soul 💔....Its been a rough day emotionally for me.

Watched this MV with tears in my eyes. This is so beautiful and it's hard to think that it's the last one.
I think their album name really ties into some of the visuals in the MV. Those spiky things may be representing the needle that breaks the bubble, which we see at the end with all of the bubbles exploding and sending confetti down. I feel like there is so much meaning and imagery in this mv, and it is so beautiful!!

While I'm glad Nu'est got to release one last album before they disbanded. In a way I wish I could go in to this MV not knowing that. With every teaser they released for this, I just kept feeling a growing pang of saddness knowing that this is goodbye to such an amazing group that I've come to know and love so much. This was such a beautiful MV for such a beautiful song and of 5 beautifuly handsome guys, it just wish we would be celebrating their 10th year in a more cheerful way.

Most credit for that sound goes to BUMZU and Baekho, for sure. I hope Baekho is able to have a self-produced solo career if that's what he wants. At the very least I hope he keeps producing. I also really enjoy JR's solo stuff so I hope he plans to sign with a new label and have a solo debut. I will follow the nation's leader anywhere lol

To me...it does sound like a goodbye song to each band membert. If you didn't know the reality, you would think it was a song bt lovers living apart. But, I believe the words in the lyrics have a more underlying tone...again just my opinion.
Safe to say, initially, this is supposed to be their b-side or special single because some members already planned to leave pledis/hybe but NU’EST still remain as a group. But there must last minute changes where they have to disband as a whole group.

this last comeback is bittersweet as someone who has been a fan of them since the beginning. the first ever kpop group i truly got invested in, even before stan culture was a thing, i stanned them. i love their music and i love them as artists, i wish for their happiness and continued well-being in whatever they do moving forward. all my love, boys.

NU'EST has a very special place for me. I really loved them in Produce 101 and I really felt bad that Pledis was managing and treating them so badly. Like I know they have to make money and stuff but all of that is cuz pledis was so shitty. The talent all these guys have and just letting it rotten with no good music and bad managing is awful. After the members got the power to produce and make their own music and lyrics, NU'EST music really blossomed. I'm sad that they were treated so bad and the short time they had to get a little spotlight. Hope after disbanding they get to do what they really love and have the success they should get.
The black and white part refers to Produce time, as you can see Aron didn't get a black and white part, and he was not on the show. Then we have Minhyun alone and the boys walking in his direction, so we can finally have our beloved OT5 again. I mean, this is what I understood... I have to watch this way more times to grasp all the meanings underneath everything.

I thought I was prepared after these two weeks. I thought I’ve prepared since I’ve heard the song on Genie. But the number I cried matches the number I watched the video, twice as I watched this reaction video.
For me watching the MV feels like peeking into the moments where they looked back at their journey. As an artist, different from a fan’s pov, surely a lot more memories flooded in. But also fortunate that they always gave their best so these memories become sth they can be proud of now.
Honestly, I don’t care that it’s their last album but I just want this song to be heard by many. It’s ok even if people don’t know their stories and references in lyrics. I just want people to listen, because it’s really good! I also feel that after being in musicals, Ren, Minhyun, and Baekho’s vocals are getting even better. It’s that kind of vocal you can hear clearly even sitting at the back of the theatre. Especially where you pointed out, those angelic sounds

The albums called Needle and Bubble so I'm guessing the bubbles and spikes relate to that. The description was like popping bubble and going to the real world. Correlating to their red pill blue pill.
