Years removed, FV (Hop, Dizz, Jarren) actually wrote this shit to roast Horseshoe. Horseshoe used pre-written shit to adapt as their answer. It wasn't bad, but it was clear it wasn't anywhere near as personal or off the cuff as FV was. Dizzy out rapped everyone here, I don't think anyone expected that.

Honestly, everyone doesn't appreciate FV for what they were. They were not given enough credit. Jarren is always slept on, Dizzy is extremely truthful and good at telling stories, and Hopsin has his own style and brings shit to the table with EVERY song. He reinvented the game for himself.

Horseshoe gang is dope, but outside of the first song, anything they do is prewritten and adjusted to suit who they're dissing. You can hear it if you listen to them outside of a battle type thing. This is how Horseshoe gang raps, and it's usually not targetted, they just adjusted it to make this about FV.

This was a neck and neck battle till HS Gang dropped “Same Day” and shit was over. FV did they thing tho.
FV each had long ass verses, they each went on for at least 2 minutes barring Hopsin. HSG rhymed more as a crew, flowing in and out of each others verses. The fact that FV didn't drop a 2nd diss says they didn't want it anymore but I think their method of dissing HSG was more ear catching coz like the homie before said they were just clowning. However, HSG's bars were better in that they were of a higher skill Factor. I think HSG underestimated FV but FV went from talking about no one can out rap them to talking about social media numbers, followers and views; they kinda changed their initial challenge - it was a rap challenge not a popularity contest. I go with HSG - just.

Hopsin got wrecked Jarren verse was fire and Dizzy probably had the best approach. HSG definitely had better technical raps but I think there’s more to it than just that. HSG relied on a bunch of gay slurs. Kenny’s verse was technically sound but was super corny. I really wish hopsin would have actually put some effort into this and I wish FV would have released one more.

+Jordan 888 Overall, I'm in the middle. Both sides did well, but both could have done better. FV could have focused less on money/fans, and HSG could have used more hard-hitting punchlines.
Still, it was a good battle, and as far as I can tell there's no objective winner. It's all a matter of subjective opinion.

We all won thanks to both crews. We appreciate the music and the great lyricism. The problem is it sounded like Crook rapped every bar. There is no deciphering. Funk Volume won for sure.

I wish I new about HSG back in the Day when I was growin up they're shits dope.. Bay shit is my shit and old school rap so I feel they're shit.. I respect 90s shit.. But they should did they homework on FV first man cuz them niggas don't play man. Their music is different than everything around from lyrics to beats.. HSG Sounds like everything I listened to up until I discvoered Hop.. With that being said I think that FV shit was way doper than theirs.. Lyrically the beat everything was better..
