Hello, thank you so much for your video! Its really helpful for beginner like me :) the upper thread of my machine keeps getting stuck between the upper level #3 and #4. Cannot get it to work. Could you please advise if u know what to do? Thank you!
The only thing I can think of is that you are not allowing the thread to all the way around #4. Make sure that the thread goes all the way around to prevent it from getting stuck. Take your time when taking the thread around that area and let me know if that works.
Again a first class video. so many "instructional videos" gloss over important steps. You are assuming no prior knowledge and getting it "Spot on". or "Thats Tidy" as we say here. Again thankyou.
Ok, I do not know what can cause that, if you follow the instructions it should be ok, however when you finish threading the needle make sure that the thread is not twisted in the needle. This can happen sometimes if you are not careful. If this happens just re- thread the needle. Hope this is helpful

I threaded needle as directed when I try to sew it's jamming what am I doing wrong ???
