The only pair of Air Jordan 1 I have ever bought are the Ying Yang's and I hecking love them (have had them for 2 years). The leather is really nice on them, and they look amazing when beat. I have each with a black/white lace combo which makes them pop a tad more. I'm definetely thinking of buying more in the future but they are quite pricey, but with the current trends (and the taxi 1's looking hella nice) I might just have to get another pair. I'm all for it, I fell in love with 1s back in 2017 when I stood in line overnight for the royals. Those are beat to hell now but I was able to cop the taxis for like $235, and I found a pair of VNDS biohacks for like $130 the other day which is a steal imo (never hit on those when they dropped but I've always loved that cw) I'm glad the 1s are down atm, I can stock up on pairs I've been looking for without breaking the bank now

Although as its vacheta leather, I still think the patina was something I would be interested in to see. I am seriously considering returning these. I think people are just tired of so many releases, re-releases, every color combination been used. I am left with only two j's now mocha and royals, no complaints. I don't wear them much as I don't find them the most comfortable shoes to slide into.
I got some shattered backboard 1s for 200 American and just 300 for DS Hyper Royal on ebay last night!! Next Is The Turbo Green or Seafoams from Last year!

I just recently bought a pair of aj1 crafted and although I liked the overall style and material quality, the quality control must have made a long nap when that pair passed by (with marks on the mudguard leather and a big ass glue mark).That’s when I came to the conclusion that starting to “collect” a shoe model with that many Color ways and variations might not be the smartest thing to do. Anyways, they got send back to Nike and at least for now, I think I’ll go for a more niche sneaker to start a small collection.
JB wasn’t giving us any Jordan 1 OG highs after 2001 so when they came back w limited numbers in 2011, 2013, 2015 people were very hungry for them. Hearing from the grapevine that Travis Scott is finished with the AJ1 after the Olive Lows in 2023, then moving onto the AJ7 and a completely new shoe! As well as this year we have seen many upon many AJ2 collabs! I think Nike and Jordan Brand are going to "revive" "forgotten" shoes to start new "TikTok trend shoes" each year. Easy to call more AJ3 and AJ4 collabs are on the horizon.. whilst flooding consumers with an over-saturation of beloved shoes they can make for cheap i.e Black/White Dunks, AF1s, etc etc. Let's all see how 2023 starts with Air Jordan sneakers and it'll be very easy and quick to grasp where their focus will be at! 😎🤙 (Hoping Foamposites make a spicy return😂)
I think the Jordan 1 peaked long before the last dance. In 2017 (that’s when those royals last dropped) We had everything from metallics to those ridiculous gatorade colorways and even the off-whites which ended up being one of the craziest resale sneakers ever. That’s when they just started dumping colorways and every release was going for $300 minimum. They’ve been boring for years honestly. Would be cool if they vaulted them for a bit so we can miss them.
I don't understand the logic, yeah they came out with a million and one CW's of the AJ1 BUT when it comes to CW's people ACTULLY want they are few and far between and when they do drop the coveted CW's, they never produce enough. So I just don't get it when people say the AJ1 is overdone. Yet I guarantee nobody would complaining if they dropped the unc's or black toes, and people like you will be the first to double up on them, then turn around and gatekeep them. Not everybody wants to wait around for 10 years for a certain CW to drop...
Those Union 1’s might be REPS. I would deff get in contact with Ebay to verify. I would request the person who spins boxes to ensure aerodynamics are to par.

Walked into a store at 1:45 pm bought taxi 1s and the still had pairs in stock
