As long as you are at the Uncollected progression level you can access the light the torch event and if you are at Thronebreaker level you will also get the opening ceremonies event.

You just need to add your email and password in game and then you can log in to the online store. The offer for the 3x Crystals will expire soon if not already.

I don't use google play. Keep going and you will get out of ACT 4 soon. Lots of free rewards to get this month to help with your progression.
