Penn Foster Vet Tech Program Experience / Semesters 1 & 2

For anyone thinking about starting the Penn Foster Vet Tech program or anyone in the program currently, I'm going to share my experience! I'm halfway through the program and share a bit about semesters 1 and 2. This should help answer some questions about the reality of the program and help with getting through it!

Hi. I was thinking about enrolling at penn foster. I live in Florida. Not sure if they would hire me straight outta penn foster. It will be online

Have you worked in a vet clinic or in the animal industry before? Prior experience goes a long way! I would definitely look into some entry level positions at vet clinics to get experience. It will also help with school because you'll be immersed in what you're learning!
