For those that need context, David knew Alice as a little girl, and he would sometimes read Alice in Wonderland to her. But after her father had passed away, her very strict mother decided to move away with her and start fresh. Alice does not recognize David at all, but David immediately realized who she was when he saw her at the disco drunk. So for those of you who are wondering why David is going this far out of his way to help her, now you know.
I think I just realized a mistake in the old intro. The "creature" is NOT driven by rage, fueled by it definitely, but I think he's driven by Bill Bixby/ David Banner's compassion 🥲. I'm being facetious. I loved the old show and it's take on the Hulk.
Bill Bixb was superb but so was Lou Ferrigno is bringing out the Hulk’s humanity. I can’t understand why this series is so vastly superior to the Hulk depiction today.
I KNEW I recognised her from that too! She was such a hottie, I remember having a crush on her in 'Jaws 2' when I used to watch that on TV as a very impressionable youngster (weren't we all though?) :D
I remember watching this show when I was a young boy with my dad. My strongest memory. I loved it. I wish we could get a quality of hulk like this again. Not the stupid Professor Hulk that didn’t fight Thanos.
