Compared to trainers, boots are bulkier, stiff, and give way less feedback/feel. BUT if you have an off in them, you have significantly more protection. Once they break in it's easier. Once you get used to them it feels really weird wearing anything else.
I have the same pair and I wore mine around the house for a week or so. It'll get better over time, and trust me, you WANT that level of protection. Safe riding !!!
This are good once you break them. Walk on them for a week . I am getting this same boots soon .you can ride any bike with this models. Once you get use to them .
You have to break them in. Id wear them around the house as weird as it sounds i ride motocross as well and those boots wre alot more clunky and stiff but literally just wear them outside to wash your bike or car or wear them in the house to mop or vaccum for a day or 2 and theyll be broken in real good and should not be as stiff
My first time riding with that boot I couldnt shift up. I had to figure out how to make it work because it is stiff as hell. By the time I arrived at the twisties, I feel more comfortable with it but still needs to be broken down. I wear size 9 regular shoes and I went to size 43Eu or US 9. Id say its true to size but a tiny winnie bit bigger. I bought this for winter season.
I’m between 11.5-12US. I got a 11.5 and they fit good, maybe could’ve gotten a 11. I’m a new rider and I’m STRUGGLING with these boots but when I wear normal shoes I can ride easier. Everyone says I gotta break them in but I don’t know 😅
You ever measure how wide your feet are at their widest point? I'm 6'5" and wear a 13-14 too but my feet are 4.75" wide witch is proving to be a problem searching for motorcycle boots. I think boots have to be stiff to protect you from the kinds of torque that breaks bones, any tough material will protect from road rash but to stop your ankle from twisting and breaking it just has to be stiff. I bought some motocross boots a size up and had to return them because they weren't wide enough but my god it felt like I was wearing a modern piece of knights armor or something, my lower legs felt indestructible. I had almost no range of motion but people race in them so it has to work somehow right? I think its just something to get used to if you want to be protected from bones breaking and not just road rash.
I haven’t measured but I’m sure it’s just because I haven’t broken in the leather. I was finding my shifter is to close to my peg so I gotta adjust the shifter.
The boots are very very comfortable and they will protect you for sure. But since I usually ride in the vans it’s a drastic difference. Trying to get away from the squid life.
LMK what you want to see next!

I definitely have to. I’m also looking at switching my foot pegs. I’m 6’4 so a little more room would be ideal too
Update? I’m looking into these aswell
Awesome review the whole time you say "I don't know". What do you know about the boots.
Thanks for the engagement boost😂

I’m completely with you on that!!
How has the Velcro held up?

@@jakeramiii I'm glad to hear it, I just ordered some in size 50 EU so hopefully they fit.
@@jakeramiii how did the boots break in? Thank you for the video!!
@@raiden000 how did you boots work out?
I wear a size 9 do you think I should order a size 8? Since most people are saying it runs a bit big
I’d say go true to size.
I where a size 11 for normal shoes but for these boots i fit in a size 10.5
Post a update on these boots
love all the content
Maybe try the SMX-S ?
How true to size do these run to normal street shoes
They run pretty spot on. Maybe a baby amount bigger.
Go down 1 size with Alpinestars boots.
The intro lol
