The area at 13:29 was more about the drop not being sente and the solid connection being sente as it threatens to kill off 2 stones. The drop doesnt so white can cut if needed and be all happy.
Dwyrin is a 7 Dan amateur when he's offline and playing his top game. That's about as strong an amateur as you can get. at 8D or 7.5D you can play evenly with quite a few professional players. Dwyrin is only about 1 or 2 stones off a player of Andy Liu or Ryan Li's caliber. In terms of Raw Elo Rating a 1P-3P is supposed to be anywhere from 2700-2800 in strength (2100 being 1 dan amature ). Ben Lockhart was a 7.5 Dan when he just missed being an AGA certified Pro on year. I'd put Dwyrin at around the same level (ELO 2700-2750) What is Impressive about Dwyrin is that he is self taught. He made 7D with no professional help as far as I know. That's Inspiring. It took the rest of America's 7 Dans several lessons with Pros or studying overseas in Insei classes like Ben Lockhart, G.Shi, and Andy Liu did, to get to that level.

+dwyrin oh, I see what you're saying. Cool I'll add an annotation for that
