Alex is head of Bespoke's Austin office, where she’s responsible for strategic initiatives across culture, events, travel and people matters for a the ATX team. As Partner at Bespoke, she leads the HR, People & Talent Leadership practice, as well as co-lead's the firm’s Go-To-Market practice alongside Partner Tess Fischer. Alex leads executive recruitment and assessment for high-growth, PE-backed and public software organizations, placing leaders in CEO, President/ COO, Sales and Marketing, and HR/ Talent leadership roles.
During her tenure, she has completed more than 80 successful searches including multiple team builds. Prior to Bespoke, Alex worked as a Team Lead at GLG in the firm’s fastest growing segment, where she supported private equity and venture capital firms in research, deal origination and due diligence efforts.
