This was great. There were a lot of insights in there which I appreciate but what was most striking and funny/sad lol was both unfortunate things you said about parents have happened to me. My father died at 55 and my mom hasn't wanted to talk to me for more than half a year now while she also previously went 2 years without talking to me when I lived with her.. It's all complicated of course, but I think that I understand pretty well cuz I have all my planets in the 6th-10th houses with a Pisces Ascendant at 29 degrees. All in all I guess that my mother may come nearer again when I actualize my Taurus North Node better. I understand why she can't be there for me.. I'm still unraveling my own chaos but really my main issue is still allowing others' nonsense to flow through me.... She and I fixed our relationship when I had a child but since my ex and his mother plotted and stole my daughter she has not really been here for me *sigh* oh well I will just keep living more and more.. I finally decided to pursue my art business dreams so my life is about to light but I am just dipping my toes in and need to dive in! Thanks for deep analysis. I have Saturn with Jupiter in third house and it is aspected by Mars placed in 9th house. Being Libra ascendant what would be effect of Mars aspecting Saturn in third house placed with Jupiter and vice versa
You mean whole sign house, as the equal house system is simply 12 x 30 degrees from the ascendant, whereas whole sign houses contain the ascendant as with Sidereal Astro charts.
Yes I understand that in the western system they have made degrees the most important factor. So the ascending degree say it’s 9° Gemini becomes the beginning of the equal house until 9° cancer. What’s missing from this understanding is that the sign is the house. Because otherwise then example I’ve just given you 8° of Gemini would be still in the 12th house but it would have a Gemini quality. changing the karmas of the house! How can Venus rule Twelfth house if part of Gemini is in there too .😙😙 Hope you understand what I’m saying. So yes when I say equal house I mean sign for a house
@@astrologyloka they are two different house systems - the whole sign house system is from Classical Greek astrology, and the equal sign system is a modern British system, also called English House System 🙏🏻
@@SusanHopkinson yes true . Hellenistic astrology came from Vedic system. Greeks had a lot of contact with Indian culture and vice versa. Modern western is mostly Arabic system, . Though to be honest these days I think western medieval astrologers would feel more at home s with Vedic than western 😏
Hi Gina, here is some confirmation for what you said. Also, I am now learning I have a badly placed Mars. For reference: I have Mars conjunct Rahu in Capricorn. Mars is my Atmakarka as well. Father: I had a deviant father with sexual addictions who did horrible things to women and went to prison and died at 46. My step farther was very critical and sometimes mean, and is now out of my life. Education: I had an awful early education, pulled in and out of schools. I was always submissive to teachers, to the point it hurt me. Tried to go to university off and on over the years but it cost too much in the States. Also, I couldn’t stay focused either (thank you, Rahu) I do study on my own though and have tested at the masters level in Humanities. I love to learn. Travel: I lived in Germany for three years in my twenties and traveled around the world during my Venus Mahadasha. I had a love for exploring/researching new cultures and peoples. After years of longing for more travel and being too broke (which is a theme in my life), I gave up the desire. Letting go of all desire seems to be another theme. Not that I ever wanted to but have been forced to. So I guess this answers my question on a previous video of yours. Mars is afflicted and The Mars Mahadasha coming up in two years isn’t going to be pleasant. My soul is tired. I’m not sure I have the strength for Mars and Rahu Mahadasha. I have humbled, let go of the anger, live in compassion and kindness for all, try to be conscious of my actions, so I don’t know what else is left.
But this Mars cannot be badly placed? It is exalted! I think your issue is rather that this Mars is the atmakaraka, which carries ones deepest, darkest karma's. Yours are with the father, higher education, etc on account of Mars placement.
