    I made it today..it comes out very crispy like readymade....before this i tried 3 other puri recipe all time its turns soft but first time my puri was perfect...thank u so much...

      Please tell that didi you rest the puris after friying for an hour to keep it crisp for longer time or you just served it right away after they cool down. Please tell

    Thanks, Thanks and tons of Thanks for sharing this recipe. Before this I tried 3 different recipes. But this is best. It came very crispy.This recipe is blessing for people like us who live outside of India. I made puris twice with this recipe and it came perfect both the times.

    Yes this recipe really works...
    You can blindly go with this recipe, but do follow the steps
    I made it before watching her vedio, but I made a mistake by adding baking soda, then my dad suggested me not to add baking soda other wise it will puff up only half

    I made it yesterday and they came out good. I won't say perfect but I thinks that's because it was my first time making pani poori. With time and experience they will become perfect. I tip I might add from my experience. Pooris did not puff up on medium hot oil. So I kept my oil smoking hot while dropping the Pooris and then turned the flame low. So they puffed up and turned out crispy. If somebody is having problem with puffing up Pooris in medium hot oil they may try this method
