yes...the US needs to do more with modern urban building, but China has over 700 million more people, all migrating to cities ..as these had 700,000 people in 1984, and now have over 3 or 4 million . as with Europe, Russia, and all of North and South America, labor is cheap and abundant...so multi-national huge corporations are there to use. Until middle class grows and wages are demanded, but with so many urban migrants without the ability to go to college, like the US population is now and the past 20 years. It will take awhile until big changes socially and governance.
