A great game! There are still active servers, with and without bots. There are actually some servers in Vietnam and young people in Vietnam like to play this game! It's possible to find this game and download it for free with a noCD crack already installed a keygen and keychanger/activator in the download as well. It doesn't even require installation, it works right out of the folder and you can just send an icon to the desktop. You have to change the properties of the exe file so compatibility is Wondows NT 4.0 (Service pack 5) and check the box where it says start in the name of the admin in the same compatibility window.

I wonder if it'll work on my modern 4090 / Windows 12 system. It's been decades since I've played it and I miss it.
Also Battlefield 1942 and the DC mod.

I miss this game so much! I was almost supernatural with the helis, especially after 100s of hours of practice in the more challenging BF 1942 Desert Combat mod helis. Good strat is to straf around in a pretty tight circle with front facing the same target area , that way you're always moving laterally and hard to hit but can take out threat quickly.

Is this game strictly choppers or can you get out and do first person shooter? Im looking for a game where you can do both. I remember there was a game called Battlefield Modern Combat 2 or something that you could with other players. It was alot of fun. I just dont know if there are other games out there like that. I have not played all the COD or Battlefield games othwr than the first handful so im not too familiar these days if anything is out there

It's primarily a first person shooter! You can enter and exit vehicles as you please, the gameplay should still hold up perfectly to this day :D

The flight mechanics in this game were intuitive to understand without the hand holding arcade nonsense we see today.

I loved it but it definitely was a more floaty and much easier to fly than the Apache helis in Battlefield 1942 Desert Combat mod ... Those took skill just to fly without crashing - if you got off balance and didn't keep correcting, you'd body slam and die ... I haven't found any game that comes close to how fun they were once you got skilled. DCS is the nearest thing , but obviously on a whole other level since it simulates literally every real life control, while DC just simulated the physics.
