t's better to use the daily Kaiser raid to reach level 100 right away :). Clone the Digi Rainbow dungeon up to level 122 and join the Kaiser raid until level 150 :D

You need to be lv140 atleast and finish zhuqiamon final battle and apocalymon dungeon main quest to go there. You will get quest from vice and go to d terminal to complete it.

@@NetrixZ depend on ur exp gear. I will suggest you to just do the tour, not even half tour and you will get to 150 quickly from 130
