pehli baat unis are not for ragging ive witnes some of my juniors who attemptred sucide due to intense ragging or uni are for studyin gnot for ragging .. seniors k lye to its fun of some minutes but jinky sath hota ha unke mind ko bht bura effect parta ha for life time, so stop ragging in ur unis lil small fun is justified but going personal snatching phone is not a act of educated students.
