If the colts dont pay this man ill be extremely upset.. he deserves every penny.
"Deserves" is what got Q paid a franchise-back-breaking $20M.
Just get it done and pay him the market rate. He obviously likes being in Indy, and that is 80% of the equation.

Postponed his honeymoon for OTAs. Really, really good indicator of priorities for a pro athlete in his prime.
This was such a good listen. We truly have a great group of dudes. See what you will but we’ve always sought after high integrity players and this shows it.

This was fairly recently re-ratified by voters in a referendum. It's a jobs thing and a "doesn't actually save anybody money if you pump their own" thing.
Having traveled the USA and pumped my own plenty, I'd say the time factor is actually the main difference. Quicker to pump your own unless the station is set up moronically.

Correct take. Pay him the market rate without flinching and make it work. Don't try to correct wrongs that RBs in general are underpaid considering the value they deliver to an offense. The market is the market.

If you are hurt, why let the team down by playing and fumbling every time we are in the red zone or backed up in their 20-yard line. JT is no king. Henry was hurt half the season and was still in the top 3 the year JT was top rusher. Stop falling in love or you will be heartbroken every time
