I would recommend Jenny Leclue as well but at the same time I feel like it is also important to mention that the story isn't complete and I am WISHING WITH ALL MY HEART for the second game from the creators because it is just that good. Amazingly, I didn't enjoy Yonder but boy do I LOVE Grow. I'm really bad with games that are too open like Roots of Pacha. I need the step by step quests lol
Jenny leclue was such a good surprise! Bought it on Sale a while ago and was hooked by the story the Art style helped by the more creepy parts 😅 Hopefully there is gonna be a sequel someday!
Thank you so much for talking about Toem, Eeowna! I always found it strange that so many cozytubers talked about it leading up to its release, and then... poof, complete silence! I've kinda been uber salty for a while that the list of games cozytubers recommend is usually quite similar to one another with the same titles over and over again, without Toem in sight - until now! I hope this video gets people talking about Toem, because as you said, it is indeed severely underrated, and deserves more love and attention! ❤
So excited you mentioned grow song of the evertree! I loved that game and put probably 90-100 hours into it. Also portion permit too. I feel like those and so many other amazing games were kind of skipped over by a lot of people
@@Zoeeeee777 I guess I've never spotted it before now! A pinned comment and list in the description of all games, not just the ad game would be helpful. I haven't seen it on her videos before but maybe I just missed it.
Have you played The Garden Path yet? I am so incredibly in love with that game. Every time I play it I can feel myself relaxing. It leaves me with such a lovely sense of wonder, even though the map is tiny. There's just so much to discover in its simplicity. It's a purely beautiful.
Please, my wallet can only take so much! My favorite is Once Upon a Jester, I hope those guys make another game soon. It’s a very silly musical adventure where you play as a traveling jester putting on performances with your friend Sock (a sock puppet). I’ve replayed it several times, it’s that cute.
So many gems here! Roots of Pacha always deserves more flowers. 💛 I love the flute and befriending mechanic. I’ve had Potion Permit in my TBP for ages - got it on sale because the trailer sold me but it hasn’t made it to top of pile yet… But you have convinced me to prioritise it!
I heard about this cat cafe game called Calico. It is such a fun game even though it is a shorter game around like 10 hours. I still loved it so much!! I also bought Wylde Flowers a few weeks ago and have bren playing it nonstop!!
You sold me on Red Lantern. I had £3.17 in my Switch balance and £1.47 in my bank, so I’m very pleased it was on offer for £3.99! Thanks Eeowna, I think I’ll love this game ❤
Thanks for the list! Dorfromantik truly is the best game for when I’m struggling with insomnia - I can play it calmly for hours with zero frustration and usually end up falling asleep before finishing the game! You didn’t add a list in the description this time, though - please could you try to do that in future where possible? It means I can focus on the video without taking notes of all the games you feature that I need to add to my wishlist (which is usually about 80%) - it’s really helpful! I’d love to see you do a video about interactive novels on the switch - arcade spirits and the sequel are both incredible, and stray gods (a murder mystery roleplaying musical game) always has to be mentioned as well! Plus there’s cinders and I think I have a couple of others, but I’m always looking for more!
Agreed-a list in the description or at least numbered chapters (without titles) so we can jump between titles is SUPER useful and much more accessible.
So many amazing games! I LOVED Yonder, so I’m keen as heck for Grow: Song of the EverTree. And I love that TinyKin doesn’t have any combat, that’s gone to the top of my list as well. Thanks for the great video ❤
For those who liked Jenny Leclue and similar, you might like Flipping Death - I think the humor is just somewhat similar and I thought it was a super fun puzzle game. And the platforming was super fun in that!
Not on the switch, but it is steam deck verified its one of my favorite darker cozy games, it's called Kynseed and it's unlike any other game I have played before. I haven't heard anyone talk about this game and it's very surprising to me! Highly recommend!!

Hey, you don't have to explain to me that Grave Keeper is cozy to me. Mostly because I find Cult of the Lamb cozy, but it's not underrated and we are getting a new update! So excited for that! Thing is, I love so many games that I consider cozy but I am not sure how underrated they may be. But, if I had to mention something I haven't mentioned yet... Thomas Was Alone. And if you are like me, you will feel for these quadrilaterals! "Thomas was alone. Wow. A weird first thought to have." I'm also a huge visual novel fan! And I can completely understand why someone wouldn't like Kitty Love like I do. The story is that you are a young lady who works at a flower shop, and occasionally you go to tbe park and see the cats there. One night, while meeting a particular mysterious cat, you make an off handed wish about wanting to be a cat and become a cute white kitty! The only way to break this curse? A kiss from someone you love. Thankfully when it becomes daylight, you regain human form but you become a cat a night. However there is something I want to bring up. There are so many typos and grammar errors that your head is going to spin. They fixed some of these with updates, but to my knowledge it's not completely fixed. However, I am a bit if a weirdo as I was smiling as my brain figured out what it wanted to say. So I wasn't bothered at all! But I understand not everyone can get passed a lot of typos and I completely get that! So it's one I recommend, just pointing out that there are some issues translation wise!

Yet somehow no cozy gaming channels seem to talk about it
I know that the red lantern barely made this list, but thank you for mentioning it because it's exactly the game that I'm in the mood to play and I got it on sale for $5
The amount of hours I have logged in Dorfromantik is insane lol. It's my end of the day decompression game. So soothing. Graveyard keeper is another favorite! Do you have to make some questionable moral decisions? Yes. Does Skully keep it fun? Also yes. A little cannibalism won't hurt anyone right? lol
Just bought two of these and added like 4 to my wishlist! my BF has been playing Horizon Forbidden West on my PC so I have needed a switch game to play while he has dibs. Going to try Tavern Talk first, then potion permit!
I would not say creatures of Ava has no combat. Creatures attack you and you have to shoot them with the ray thing, repeatedly, to cure them so they stop attacking you and they can kill you. The goal may not be to hurt them but it's combat and I found it pretty hard on controller since it's ranged combat.
Gris is nice. You get a different ending if you don't collect all the thingies. Forgot what they're called. I think I may try a few of the ones listed depending on cost. I like to catch a good sale. 😊
