Mario Party just brings out the best in people and teaches you a lot of wholesome life-lessons in general, such as _'Never ever show compassion, for it is weakness.', 'Kick them as hard as you can while they're down.', 'Always betray your allies before they have any chance to betray you.'_ or _'Abuse the system for your benefit whenever possible.'_
My favorite part of Jacob's Mario Party Summit is how gaslighting, manipulating, alliances, and betrayal are all genuine parts of the competitive experience you have to consider when playing. The true way Mario Party was always meant to be played.
Somehow alpha always feels like the main character in every event he’s in. Edit: Ok so apparently EVERY event doesn’t cover it for all the people replying. This video brought the thought back into my head, that’s why I commented this, but also I believe this stands true in a lot of events alpha is in. In a lot of events that have Jacob he steals the show (even when the video isn’t made from his perspective) I understand he’s a really charismatic guy and that’s why. My comment is just a comment on a pattern I’ve noticed while also trying to be mildly interesting
the entire video being about winning the third tourney and then summing up the same overall outcome for the fourth tourney within ten seconds is peak alpharad. dont stop brother
Alpha's basically a mob boss - he'll give you these deals that seem too good to be true, so you try to beat him and only end up helping him while he stares at you going "We could've worked together"
14:44 I love the bit of editing out jawsh of every video. It’s so subtly toxic. Jawsh is edited out so consistently except for his embarrassing losses and I love it
Only a man as charismatic and evil as alpharad could turn Mario Party into an "Outwit, Outplay, Outlast" situation Good thing I'm here for the violence!
Ah yes, the first round is a competition rebellion of Major, Fyrus, and Purdue University. I'd figure I found the ad cutting off the last adversary jokeish despite not chuckling a single penny.
Those last few moments in the Mario Party Summit 3 made me wonder, is it possible for a game to result in tie or will the algorithms of coin collecting simply not allow such an outcome to happen? Mind you, two or more players would have to have the exact same number of coins and stars.
@@Zeldrake I'm not sure either. You and your friends would have to have extreme knowledge of Mario Party RNG manipulation in order to have all four characters tie.
We played MarioParty often on the N64 and I trolled my older Sister by saying "Press no and you will get two stars" and she fricking believed me and was so mad at me afterwards hahaha.. I will never forget this moment 😂😂
I know Jacob mentions that the steal on Yaki meant nothing because of chance time, but it kind of did. Sure, they both didn’t move in because of Fyrus getting the bonus stars. But alternate timeline would be Major stealing from Fyrus, thus Fyrus would end up with one less star and Yaki has one more. Meaning Yaki would have placed 2nd instead.
Very surprising twist how in the actual end, Nintendid What Alpharadidn't... 😳 Also, Mario Party can NEVER have *too-many* players at once, there's no such thing as that unless it's almost guaranteed to crash the game! 😉

Reminds me of when I had sympathy for someone playing Risk. I had someones last troop surrounded and kept them alive out of pity, however at the time I didn't realize you got the cards of your opponent when you took them out of the game. It ended up being the snowball that eventually lost me the game as I could have steam rolled my last opponent if I had just one more card, it didn't matter which card, any card would have won me the game. :( Lesson learned, never sympathize with the competition lol Love the video as always Jacob!

That'd be content though
Should've played around the Bonus Star

she did not in fact have plot armor

Truly an American response. Worthy of the name Major
@@catphish525 I'm not sure if Major is his actual name
Jacob winning while not giving a shit is so in character. He's at his strongest when he's trying to have fun
Showing empathy and then losing because of it is a pretty good villain origin story.
I played Mario party with my brother who never played it….and he somehow won…I’ve never been more upset😂
this the is the most mario party thing
"skill based game"
Looks like someone flew too high towards the sun
That’s how it goes man, the game was made for that exact reason. Anyone can win, even with no knowledge of the game
