for me it's a W move, personally because i am more of a warframe lore and music player, so the Technocyte Coda adversaries being delayed is not a problem to me
the moment DE announced 3 major updates before end of year at tennocon it was obvious SOMETHING was going to get delayed. shouldn't come as a surprise after all the content we've been getting and still are getting.
I'm glad it got delayed. I didn't want the infested lich system to be a railjack 2.0 where it turns out as a buggy mess for about a year to come before DE fixes its biggest issues.

Couldn’t agree more. Seriously disappointing is more like chipping a tooth and needing a crown. This game is just a game, a very fun game, but not a way of life like some make it out to be. Something being delayed to make it work better and at the expected quality is more of a W than an L.

I’m a person who plays different games. So when it comes to DE and any other developer of any game that I play. I would rather somebody be upfront with me than lie about it. Everyone is so upset that it’s not releasing. They told you it’s not ready, but they want us to have most of the update because they said that it was coming in December, I would rather wait for it to be polished than get a buggy mess just so somebody else can come on here and complain that it’s a buggy mess. I think all of us as the Warframe community is spoiled. If you wanna talk about disappointment, go ask the Destiny 2 fans. Lets be honest, its best that they delayed their update because if their update is buggy and bad like Railjack, no fix/update until end of Jan to Feb and that ended Railjack 100%. I agree with your comment, there are other games that have been lied and got worse than Warframe. To finish idk when they will release it but 2025 is packed with a lot and i mean a LOT of games, the only window they should avoid rn is February and Q4 aka GTA 6 release..
Railjack memories just ensure that it’s impossible for me to be MORE disappointed at the delay as opposed to it coming out a buggy unplayable mess. I get being disappointed but this ain’t worth raging over.
i literally been telling people to expect delays... just seemed over-promised to me "when's 1999 coming?" and i always say December, or next year, or they'll release the quest in Dec and the rest next year turns out i was 100% correct not disappointed, i know DE better than that to get too hyped for something this ambitious so i will wait

Kinda sucks seeing another channelled ability being removed while we still have weapons and mods that require channeling. Having to wait for the new liches is perfectly fine for the vast majority of us that take our time dealing with current liches.
Well, if you run Assimilate Nyx, it stays channeled. That's the new gimmick of the augment. Infinite duration, but becomes channeled, and I think the flight is tied to it.
honestly one of the things I'm most excited about is the new overguard arcane and cyte's helminth. this + the PvPvE mode so I can finally rank up from 4 to 5 - the new 1999 stuff looks sick, don't get me wrong! but I certainly expected more after waitig for soo long after they first announced this
we get a new faction, a new hub, new map, arcanes, story, pvpve, and OPTIONAL dating, pushing back something that will likely be grindy since they wont use the normal parazon mods due to bugs is hardly a loss, would just let people focus on maxing the faction and get the new weapons/skins and possibly get conclave standing from the new mode since the old conclave is a dead horse.
I honestly don't care about Infested Liches being delayed. Most META slaves won't drop their Incarnon loudout for a 5 forma weapon so it's just delaying "Mastery Fodder " to them. I was looking forward to the new lich guns but I rather the system work well on release. Plus I am still playing TFD and that also has a December update. I ams sure by the time I am done with Season 2 of TFD, I can make progress in the new Warframe update.

I guess a delay is better than a horrible initial launch and it took ages to fix the bug especially if they are all going for vacation during Christmas and new year and don't have time to fix it. powerful constitution sounds like ability strength based on your health/armor. toxic overguard sounds like it would give you toxin damage for having overguard. weakpoint exploitation we DO already have something similar in primary deadhead.

i like all/some/none of the nyx changes but her psychic bolts, is the armor strip forever or is it like now where it comes back? choas seems like chyrinka pillar with chaos sphere augment on. a timer for absorb is cool but can we cast other abilities while its on? we cant shoot without the augment and as i hear from ppl speed is the game these days walking slowly with assimilate on seems counter productive. how are we using all that crit in the bubble without it? it feels like 2 steps forward 3 steps back if they boosted health armor or shield stats bubble wouldn't be needed for Nyx. Scaling crit bonus sounds nice and so is saying +300% crit chance but you cant build around it even in higher lvl missions enemy spawn lag is a thing so most of the time it will sit in the lower numbers and in groups with nuke frames next to nothing. the bubble can float so ppl are happy.

I feel like DE worked long time on shielding themselves from criticism and they succeeded. Official forums are only browsed by the most dedicated nerds. Reddit is already an echochamber of its own but WF subreddit is on another level of cult "adoration or ban". We don't talk about Fight Club or discord chats and I doubt Extremes Digitales browses niche opinions anyway. I was wrong on Warframe before, generally assuming the game will go into update hiatus but seriously, they act like they can get away with everything and probably they are correct...

Like the proto skins and dating sim stuff is cool ig but let's be honest the most important part of an update to me is having new gear that makes you want to grind for it. And losing the lich weapons until the next update sucks for that. Hopefully the mods and arcanes are good. Maybe the play is just wait to grind until the lich weapons come out? Idk how people aren't more annoyed about this. Like the proto skins and dating sim stuff is cool ig but let's be honest the most important part of an update to me is having new gear that makes you want to grind for it. And losing the lich weapons until the next update sucks for that. Hopefully the mods and arcanes are good. Maybe the play is just wait to grind until the lich weapons come out? Because having to grind the same bounties 2 times like you were saying is gonna be so lame.

I am disappointed, because we know this update will be buggy anyway. Let's not kid ourselves de has never released an update that wasn't buggy. I don't know why they put so much importance on the dating sim, and the pvepvp mode, sounds awful. Maybe some people play warframe for difference reason but it's my chill game, the thing I play while watching something; the last thing I want is to be sweaty. I can hop on a multiplayer competitive fps for that. I guess the upside is that hopefully the liches won't be so buggy; but then again it's de.
